I have tried the Waycross and Brunswick locations, both are despicable. I left a review on yelp for the Waycross location previously. I suppose it's my fault for trying to return to this location. I had an appointment for 8 AM this morning (12/10/2024), and I arrived on time. After arriving the girl at the front desk told me I did not have an appointment because I didn't confirm by telephone. I said I wasn't aware I had to do that, and she said it would have been someone that called me. I pulled up my phone records and there were no missed calls. Every person in the office waiting area said the same thing; no calls were received, and their appointments were canceled. I asked the woman at the front counter when I could be seen, since they had canceled my appointment. She told me she gave away the 8 o'clock already and that I would not be able to be seen until 10:30. This information coupled with my unbearable tooth pain was not a good combination. The woman at the desk just stared at me, not offering any sort of help and when I looked online at the available appointments for the day, 9:30 was available! This is completely unacceptable, and far from the first time it has happened with Aspen Dental. Also, if anyone from this business feels like commenting do not tell me that I should call customer service. I tried that and waited on hold for an hour. There is also no reason to tell me you will forward this information because we all know nothing will change. Overall, this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had within the medical industry. Scratch that, this is the worst! Do not make an appointment here, do not make a family member's appointment here, and give your money to your local Dentist offices. I left here and went directly to Dr. Sasser in Darien, Georgia. I was seen, given a prescription for an infection, and future appointments to fix the problem permanently. This occurred within 30 minutes. Aspen Dental, you are shameful and I pray a huge lawsuit bankrupts your ridiculous excuse for a company!

I had a cap that came off, and my previous dentist (well known and highly recommended) said I would have to have an implant. I moved to Brunswick and was recommended to Dr George Madray by my son in law who has been a patient since childhood and is now 47. I took that advice; I was blessed to meet and receive service by the Dr. and staff. He informed me it would be possible to replace the cap, and he did so over a year ago and has since done other work for my wife and me. I had made it clear from the beginning of my call that I wanted to make an appointment with them, "Brunswick Smiles", instead she kept mentioning other dentistry places including one in Brantley County. In the beginning of the call everything seemed ok, I honestly don't know what happened. I even told her that it seemed that she didn't want "our business", so I told her not to bother anymore, I was going to look elsewhere, somewhere where they're professional and DO want my business.
