I loved my dentist he did a great job.. He was always super happy, friendly and upbeat. He made you happy to go to the dentist. LOL. What I don't like is the company decides to tell me to not come back because I posted I was upset that they were closed on Friday on Facebook because I was in dire pain and had to wait 4 days to be seen. Any normal human being would be upset. It wasn't anything personal I was in pain. When I got seen, I posted lots of pictures about how great a job they did and how nice they were. They didn't care about those. They told me I was no longer was a client .. then I would have to find somebody else to do my crown from my root canal that I paid them for. I did not comment negative on their performance or facility. I didn't post how they trorder to give me medicine I was allergic to. I caught it and they gave me another one that I ended up being allergic to but still I didn't say anything negative ... I did sense a weird feeling the last day I went in. Something felt off and they acted different towards me but I had no idea. It's childish and ridiculous!!! If I didn't pay them or I was constantly late or missed appointments I could see but there was no reason to get rid of me. Update, got all my teeth done by another dentist, took my Insurance, i was 100 percent covered and got my dentures done at Aspen dental and saved another 300 dollars so by not using Morrison dental i saved 1800 dollars, that's a lot of money, i think they're running a scam on a lot of people read more

Morrison Dental doesn't know what they are doing in the office part. They don't file insurance and do billing in a timely manner. They are incompetent in sending Bill's to the correct person even if they cause a bad credit rating. There are much more professional dentists out there. read more

Tooth fillings I get done here literally fall out when you eat normally all the time! The dentist didn't seem to want to do a thorough job at helping me when I reported it and they sent me out of the door with no follow up appointments to get X-rays done on the rest of my mouth and they deliberately kept canceling my tooth filling appointments without my permission it was over 6 monthes since I saw them before I eventually was allowed in! I don't recommend this office to them you are just a number or a burden for them to help! read more

I was with another Dental office here, but I was very upset with them. I went down to Morrison and I want to tell you that it is the finest Dental office in America..I absolutely have all the respect I can think of for Dr Carson, I had a tooth that needed to be extracted and it could have been into my sinus cavity. Dr Carson extracted it and I felt nothing, no pain nothing. He is the finest. read more

I went in the see the Oral Surgen and he was very polite and explained every-thing that would be done. When my visit with the Doctor was over he had me wait for the insurance manager to talk to me about my coverage. She told me I had $1500 left on my insurance. Seeing I have 2 insurance policies it would have been nice of her to inform me which policy she was talking about. She also told me that they had to wait for approval from my insurance company and they would call me. So now in the meantime I have to be in pain waiting for their call she didn't even give me a time frame as to how long I would have to wait for her call. read more

Dentist was great, billing not so much. They made me pay my copay BEFORE the procedure. I paid in full. My insurance paid their part. Months later, I am getting billed for additional hundreds of dollars. read more

I am long-time customer of Morrison Dental Associates and have always found Dr. Kennedy a wonderful, caring dentist. However, when I needed an implant I was referred to 'Dr. Carson' who is now the in-house dental surgeon (previously people were referred to Dr. Capes on St. Simon's who is fantastic). After my surgery with Dr. Carson on 2/14/19 I complained repeatedly that I was in a lot of pain but he assured me there was no problem and that the implant was 'perfectly situated'. Apparently they had no open spots for my follow-up in March and the desk assistant told me he'd said to 'just book me in for June.' I was in so much pain, couldn't eat properly and losing weight. In desperation I returned to Dr. Capes who, following an examination and X-Ray explained that the rod 'Dr. Carson' put in had perforated my sinus cavity - not only that, but there was also a fragment of tooth left behind from the extraction prior to rod insertion. I have telephoned repeatedly but have had no reply from Morrions. The charge for implant surgery is no small amount and I had to pay for Dr. Capes to remove the improper rod and tooth fragment and also for a bone transplant to patch where the rod had been pushed right through the sinus cavity. I am a retiree and thought Morrisons would consider a refund as my surgery was extremely expensive yet such a disaster and I am having to pay all over again to have it done correctly, but to date they have refused to return my call. I would have left no stars if it were an option. I will never return to Morrisons Dental. How can someone who treats patients like this be in practice? read more

Very unprofessional staff. They treat their patients extremely poorly. Sincerely the worst experience I've ever had with any medical office. They seem annoyed with their customers and act as if they are doing people a favor by treating them. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Most offended I have ever been at any kind of doctors office! My family of 4 were new patients on our first visit to this office. My kids age 10 and 6 were being called back and I was told parents are not allowed in the exam room with their kids! What kind of doctors office excludes parents from medical treatment of their child? My kids were nervous to go back by themselves and should not have to. When I questioned this with the office manager I was told in a very pointed and rude way that this is the office policy and if I was uncomfortable with it maybe I should go elsewhere, which is exactly what I did. I have never been to any kind of doctor anywhere that does not allow a parent In The room during an exam of their child. I encourage you to take your kids to a family dentist that actually involves the parents. Stay away from a place that does not allow a parent in the exam room. I call this a big red flag!!! read more
