The reviews convinced me to hire them for a new trust document. We worked through all the points. We waited and waited for the final document, which never came. Turns out that attorney left (I think) 7 months ago. Then we got another one who finished the document but the next year and we lost the value of moves we had wanted to complete that year. He sent a DRAFT and we couldn't get the finished trust. Three years later we picked it up again and begged for the document. After 2 1/2 weeks we got someone to answer who said an attorney wants an appt and now the wait is another 3 weeks. After the first apology, there hasn't been anyone who seems concerned.
