Jeff Kimpan is my hero. I've needed to refinance my condo for about 6 months. Every single broker I talked to told me; 1. I don't make enough money 2. My condo isn't worth enough yet. 3. I have too much debt. 4. They couldn't do it. So, when I approached Jeff to see if he could figure something out, the hope was small, and I made this clear to him. We first met Eric Schroeder when we bought our house in Woodstock, IL. When we were about to sell that house and buy another, there was never any question about where we would go for a mortgage.
