About the only thing they don't do is hand-hold you on finding properties in NYC- but that's what StreetEasy is for! And in the end, the best part is you get to share in their commission on the backend! What?! Yes, like thousands of dollars, right at closing... Besides actually closing, for us this was the best part of the whole home buying experience in NYC. So... if you actually need hand-holding or don't want to use StreetEasy, then this isn't for you.
