A ridiculous rate. He offered me a rate that I was happy with and submitted it to my bank which they matched. I called back Mark to let him know and he asked me if I was staying with my bank. Would not recommend unless you come pre-approved by a lender - as indicated by Michael - have not signed an offer since he cannot hit the ground at zero - says he needs a week to gather info - he had 10 days with us - and contradicted himself between emails to us and the realtor. This was not only frustrating as he indicates he helps self-employed, bad credit, etc and "is there for you". He was not - he does not work weekends for you as we asked to contact him on the Saturday in reply to his email but said "no he was with his family". Good luck if anyone uses him without having done all of the previous leg work!
