I can't say enough good things about Mo and his horses!!! We took our daughter for her 9th birthday. I feel like she learned more in an hour with Mo than she did at her week long horse camp. This trail riding is truly unlike any other trail riding experience. We had little to no experience as a small group but felt like pros by the time we left! Mo gave us the freedom and opportunity to ride how we wanted and took some awesome videos and pictures for us. He did a great job at making each of us feel comfortable and confident. His horses are so incredibly well trained and Mo himself was just so friendly, cool, and helpful. I can't recommend Mo's carriages enough. What a treat. My husband surprised me for my birthday and took our family and all of the grandparents for the "ride". Mo and his crew were a hit. I can tell they love these horses and Mo is a horse whisperer to say the least. The property we rode on was fun to explore. I was incredibly impressed that my 7 and 6 year old, who had never ridden before, were able to ride on their own. I rode with our 3 year old, and our 1 year old rode some with his grandfather, some with Mom, and finished up with daddy. the 1 year old was so comfortable with Mo and so tired that he fell asleep for a few minutes. Mo plays music throughout the ride and has great insight/stories to share. I have no idea how much this cost because it was a gift, but this is a birthday I will never forget. BEST experience on a horse we have ever had. We were used to a "follow the leader" type of horseback riding BUT our trail riding with Mo was NOTHING like that!! He is a teacher at heart and you can tell he honestly desires that you learn how to ride so that you can relax and fully enJoy yourself, which we did TREMENDOUSLY!! We had a private trail ride and He took photos and videos. He raises his own horses and we felt completely safe and relaxed under his leading. I started out a little nervous because of the freedom he gave me that I was not used to from other trail rides I've been on but after a little bit of of instruction from him, soon I was galloping and experiencing the beautiful joy of horseback riding. The best time! We have been riding all over and this was the best experience. We usually do slow trail rides and my daughter rides English. This is completely different! Moses breeds and raises his horses to ride quickly, even for new riders. He takes videos while riding and gives great instructions. He also has boots just in case you forget to bring them. The also have cabin with pool, does funerals, and weddings. We highly recommend and will come back! We look forward to camping and riding more in the future! read more

In town for a few days on business and decided to take a break and enjoy the outdoors. How lucky am I, that the closest place to my hotel, was my best horseback riding experience to date. Being on the trail with Moses ("Mo") as my guide was relaxing and fun and a much needed break. He went over the basics before we started out and his horses are very sweet and obedient. I got to ride Sundiata, my Malian warrior. The music playing was a sweet added touch. This was my first time in Alabama in general and this experience really touched my heart. Cannot say enough about Moses and the horses. His passion for horses really shows. He was amazing with my 12 year old. She rode 3 different horses. Moses has a way to make you feel comfortable and confident on the horses. Trail ride was great (Not your average trail ride). He even took videos and pics. This is a def must. Moses is an amazing person he is kind , funny and love to entertain. We had the time of our life! Nothing that you can imagine on a regular trail ride, and I can't describe it, that would spoil the surprise. We had a phenomenal experience with Mo on my wife's birthday. He was great with our 6 year old boy and his first time riding. He was also great allowing me to get up and go since I had a bit more experience than the rest of my party, yet he taught me some tips that helped me greatly in my riding.
