They do have a ton of different types of things. Even options that are wild! Their value is pretty decent. The reason for the low stars is because every vape pen battery ive bought lasted about a week. Then never worked again. Some wouldn't work the very first time. No return policy, no store credit. I bought 2 separate mini dragon eggs, the first one was absolutely perfect. The 2nd stopped working within a month. So then I bought another product from the Lookah brand and, yet again, it stopped working almost instantly. Before this happened I spent tons of cash there but I am NEVERRR going back there and hopefully none of my friends will when I let them know. Just buy whatever isn't battery operated and you're good! terrible customer service! went to return a 510 thread pen battery because it didn't work after…read morepurchase, but had already gotten a new one at a different shop, when i asked for a refund they told me i needed a receipt. when i went in for purchase the man who sold me that pen battery said i didn't need a receipt. the other worker said the pen battery was working fine and it just needed to be charged. i informed it was fully charged, pulled out a cartridge to use and showed him it wasn't working. he started shouting at me to calm down and that they dont give refunds.
