They followed up to confirm I was happy with the work, even checking in during the job to see if everything was going okay with the plumber they dispatched. He offered lots of helpful suggestions on my job and even did some quick diagnostics on my well pump pressure with no additional charge. They finished the work quickly and did high quality work. When they did come out, the estimate was more than 3 times another bid we got to move an upstairs shower drain about 16 inches. The guy claimed plumber rates in Austin were $500-1500 per hour. Don't waste your time ... sadly this business will be killed off by the new owner in short order.
