When your young child is diagnosed with autism, you're almost desperate for therapy. Many places have months long waiting lists just to get in and this one wasn't an exception. It made me initially think that the therapy has to be good because the demand is so high. Unfortunately, the reverse was true. My little guy was signed up for both a social group and speech therapy. The speech therapist although sweet unfortunately created bad habits that our current speech therapist is working to fix. For example, she insisted on having each session with him seated at a table and with autistic children tending to be rigid with repeated exercises and most autistic therapists recommending floortime at a young age it's been a difficult habit to try to change. With the social group, unfortunately I wasn't able to sit in on any of the sessions (it isn't allowed) but our son has not only developed a fear of social groups anytime we drive by the road typically we would head towards their clinic (he utters "no social group, no [the person who led it]"). We have put him in a new social group (although call it a playgroup to him so he doesn't associate it) and he happily heads there weekly making us wonder what happened in Mosaic's social group that three months later he still starts getting agitated when we approach their clinic. I'm assuming parents have a good experience here given the long waitlists but given the lackluster experience we had with both the social groups and speech therapy for us it would have been better to have avoided therapy as opposed to getting it here. We are with MOSAIC with 6 months for my sons speech therapy and totally disappointed. The trainers are useless and simply waste time. Front desk is horrible. They charged 160 dollars when we cancelled one class due to flu for my son. read more

We have really enjoyed working with the staff at MOSAIC. Our clinic refers patients to them for OT and speech. Our patients are getting the help they so desperately need! Their staff is always helpful and kind. read more

Mosaic has become a part of our lives, I don't know what we'd do without them. My son started here by going to speech therapy as a 'speech delayed' 3 year old. I mentioned to the SLP that I thought my son had autism, on her own, she had the autism specialist come in and observe. We were on a never ending wait-list at Seattle children's to get him tested and diagnosed with autism. Andrea (the owner), went out of her way to find out what neurologist had appointments available and sent us to them. Within a week, we had a diagnosis and had begun ABA, speech and OT at Mosaic. Without the help of Andrea, Lindsey (slp) and Sarah (bcba), we would have lost precious time in waiting first for a diagnosis and then to begin services. That was just the beginning. My son still does ABA and Speech at Mosaic and their teams are a part of our family, I feel. There is no crisis they can't handle. My son is pretty severely impacted and his challenges are many, but through all the meltdowns, tantrums, scratching, yelling, his therapists still come out telling me what an amazing boy he is and how hard he tries. They are always thinking ahead to what he may need and always look at the big picture which I, as his mother, often cannot. Their bcba's have been pretty great at school meetings and in advocating for him. I truly believe my son would neither be toilet trained, nor would he be able to use a communication device, if it wasn't for the ABA team's advocacy. They not only worked with him but also spelt out to the school what they needed to do to help him. This company has changed our lives! read more

I took both my kids here. The OT evals were written with incorrect information( important information) Mansi (ot therapist) is very rude and hard to work with. The place is not very clean, and is very loud. (Doesn't help with children that have sensory processing disorder). Took months and many emails and phone calls to get OT reports. I was told by Mosaic that my insurance won't cover the visits. Thousands out if my pocket and months later, I found out insurance covers the visits. Mosaic won't reimburse me after insurance payment. Still trying to get refunded for overpayment. Please do your research before paying this company. Whether or not they tell you insurance doesn't cover the visits. They need to submit claims to your insurance company first. You should never pay out of pocket before you talk to insurance first. read more

My daughter has been going for OT and ST for the past year. She has made tremendous progress in all areas and we love our therapists. They are thorough and work so well with us in making sure shes reaching her goals. read more

Unfortunately, I decided to stop bringing my daughter here after 3 sessions. I'm giving 0 star to their management who's first priority is full reimbursement from insurance. Forget about helping a child getting therapy that she needs and just focus on insurance reimbursement. When a business like this shows their true colors and proves that they are money greedy and money hungry is a total disappointment to me and hopefully it'll be a total turn off to other parents too. I would like to warn parents who have Tricare and Medicaid or DHS. You'll be discriminated and they won't give you a well deserved service because those insurance have only a certain allowed amount that they pay. Obviously if you have Aetna, Signa and whatever high paying insurance, you'll be treated differently and they will try to work things out with you just for you to stay with them. Losing a big client will hurt their business obviously. Either way I highly advice you to try other places first before coming here. I already talked to the president/owner of this clinic so there's really no reason for someone to respond to this. Obviously, she doesn't care about my concerns and that gave me a cue that our conversation is not going anywhere and won't resolve anything. In the end, business is business and she said they're trying to survive in this economy. So if you don't have good insurance don't even bother coming here because you won't be treated the same. read more

1. will already suffer so many things as parents, will not doubt in your service. 2. I saw lake of communication in team work with ABA therapist. 3.They charge for ABA is different for supervisor (almost double 45 $- 125 $) plus stationary charge N late arrival ,Late pick up. 4.Always charged for preparation in room n if we talked they charge for talk time too. 5.If we asked regarding that they mention its covered by insurance. :) 6.Never Notice any big change in room including material or stationary. 7.Every third month hired new Therapist so need more supervising. 8.Occupational therapy -they have limited choice n same activity during therapy. 9.There are more then two /three patients in same room during therapy. 10.some times they do training new person during therapy. 11.Regarding restroom - Oh my God.. always stinky n not locked properly. 12.Always any one wants to inter fear they will without any extra effort.(good luck) 13.Work on speech Therapy -will have amazing experience with Megan, Lindsey cooper n Erik who always runs there time to ticking watch. 14.During Speech therapy time they have gym activity n rest room break time (such a long) never ever get back how they worked n what kind of work they were do in therapy.(due to them break time between two secession ----- poor timing schedule) 15.If you wants to talk with supervisor or management they were never ever concern what people or patients looks in it. have smart idea for earning money with extra charges n have one sided policy whom always beneficial for only employee. read more

totally agree with "ME M" and "Y R L" .... They charge for talk time,wait time,prep time.,everything...they try to charge where ever possible,they work only for money...not all,but few therapists are very rude...they keep looking at the clock to complete session quickly,they dont have interest in what they do,they are dealing with lives of little kids ...they should feel some responsibility as they are not doing this for free..., therapists dont read the evaluation,then what is the point in filling all those forms by parents ,attending evaluation sessions and spending lots of money on those...they try to force all the possible therapies on you whether u need those or not.....please i request you not to be rude to parents...they are already in lot of pain....and those who have rated "funny" for the previous reviews...they must be...who do not understand the kids or the parents of these little ones....my advice to parents,try here for couple of months,if u are lucky u will get good therapist,else move on to some other clinic.there are very few good therapists here...very few...front desk people are polite.they mostly start class atleast 5 min late and end 5 min early... read more

My youngest went to this facility after graduating from Kindering's birth to 3 program. The therapists we began with were great, and built a solid program for him centered on speech, PT and OT. My issues arose when it came to their late fee policies and billing processes. I started receiving invoices with no information other than "late fee". The center director at the time was extremely helpful at the time and helped me sort this out, as no one could tell me who was determining we were late - billing office said it was the therapist, and therapist said it was probably reception. With the reception desk becoming a revolving door, the fact they were potentially marking us "tardy" when we were sitting in the lobby, and not letting us know they were doing so, was extremely frustrating. Our therapists started leaving, and the director did as well, which pushed me to search for new clinics. I just received a bill for over $400 with no information other than "balance forward " even though my son hasn't been in that clinic for more than half a year. I now have to investigate bills they claim are outstanding since 2017, even though I pay everything through an online Premera payment system. We have been extremely happy with Waypoint Pediatric and Benoliel Speeh Therapies. I highly recommend those facilities and their staff- both management and therapists. read more

My son has received OT, PT, Speech and has attended their Kindergarten Bootcamp program. I cannot express enough just how truly grateful I am to the staff and the wonderful services they provide. He loves his therapists, and his made amazing progress in their care. I would recommend Mosaic to anyone seeking services for their child. read more

Our son Jack has been going to Mosiac for two years. He has Cerebral Palsy and a very "spirited" personality. We have had to switch therapists a few times to get the right fit for him and they have always been very accommodating. He now goes to Rachel Stupen for PT and Jacqueline Watson for OT. Both of them are amazing with Jack and through their expertise, patience, and Jack's hard work he has made great progress. I would never take Jack anywhere else. read more

My family has worked with MOSAIC for years. They are like a second home. Every week, we are all welcomed into the warm clinic by welcoming staff and incredibly knowledgeable front desk women. My children receive ABA therapy and their therapist rocks! Love the close proximity to downtown Bellevue and the much needed service and parental support they provide. 5 stars! read more
