Heather was incredibly supportive and patient. My husband passed and she assisted through the probate process and my new will. Heather Moseman is a terrible attorney and a dishonest person. She was appointed as a GAL in a case for a family member and was caught by the judge lying on the stand. I thought she was removed from being able to act as a guardian for children, but am sad to see from other negative reviews that she has become one again. There are several other negative reviews for her as well. Best to stay away. read more

Terrible attorney and GAL For custody battles . The magistrate had to look at her and tell her to stop when speaking to my child because she was trying to persuade him. She was in an old case of mine before and I wrote her a review (apparently she didn't like )and after that instead of thinking of the child, she wanted to it seems to get even using my 5 yr old. telling him what to say when the magistrate stopped it and said enough. My mom has worked w common pleas for 35 yrs and says she is by far the worst attorney and takes everyone's hard earned money with not the best interests. read more

Hired Heather Moseman for a custody case. It was a flat rate of $500. She didn't do much as a guardian enlighten . Then after case was settled came to realize she charged for every conversation and email . Mind you she was not my lawyer . There was hidden fees and ended up owing her much more than $500. Also she was impossible to get ahold of but would still charge for the phone call to reach her . Would not recommend read more
