I would come here during weekday lunch times to take advantage of the fact that there were no lines (in the Bay Area, lines look like the ones for Disneyland rides -- long and out the door). The restaurant is spacious but because it's in the mall, you do get some background noise from the foot traffic outside. Seating here is abundant and staff are mostly on top of service. My favorite ramen here is always the Red King. I have a high tolerance for spicy food, so when I ask for a level 10, staff always ask me a second time to confirm. It is SO DIFFICULT finding actual spicy food here in QC, so knowing that Ramen Nagi stays consistent across countries brought me some comfort. I needed my noodles firm and my soup garlicky and spicy enough to make me break a sweat. It had the perfect crunchy texture and soft interior which was juicy and flavorful. The crunchy head of the shrimp was just something I miss.
