PLEASE DON'T go there!!!! Here is on black list on insurance…read morecompany. He charged $130000 for empyema surgery . His nurse gave me antibiotics when he was on vacation. I took antibiotics for 1 month. My skin has dead. I couldn't work for 2month. Now I can't hear my ear I'll really hate him forever. I'm really regret why I choose this place

Interesting how the only two people that think he is good only have 1 other review on yelp…read more... Well here is my review of this piece of human feces. I was in with my daughter because my daughter needed her vocal cords to be checked and we had an appointment. I had a cold during this time and the receptionist was very persistent that I should meet with the doctor to get it checked. After declining, I ultimately caved because she was becoming condescending in front of my child. After the doctor saw my daughter, I sat down. He literally asked me one question. Why are you here. I told him I had a cough and your receptionist insistent I meet with you. He then barked at his staff to bring in the equipment and started a nasal endoscopy without any consent from me, his patient. I was mortified by his absolute lack of bedside manners. He shoved a tube up my nose and sprayed me with chemicals. Then he without any warning or communication, again shoved a tube up my nose and told me to just breath. After all this was done, I asked him how much all this will cost, he asked if I had insurance, which my response was yes, He said don't worry about it. The bill was over $700... Thanks. I won't worry about paying it. AND also I reported this to the BBB. Trash, avoid by all means necessary. I don't care if he is good, there are much better doctors that actually care about your well being and not just your wallet. STAY AWAY, you'll thank me for it.

I love Mount Sinai... They came through when no one else could…read more In 2020 I was diagnosed with a rare disease called cholesteatoma. You never heard of it...of course not... only 9 in 100,000 people have this and I'm one of the lucky ones. My internist found it on a fluke, and I actually thought the drs were just trying to bill my insurance.I never had any symptoms and it wasn't until surgeons started talking about multiple surgeries that I started to do some real research. . The first ENT didn't even know what it was, he had another doctor in the practice diagnose it and the specialist they sent me to said it was going to be 2-3 surgeries. I went to University of Miami and the doctor there, was the president of the American Neurotology Society. He wanted to do 4 surgeries. Now I was totally freaked so I started to google this every day for hours at a time. Mount Sinai came up claiming they were 98% successful with 1 surgery only and they were a leader with advanced technology. Well, no offense to anyone in Florida that's a no-brainer so I flew up to Mount Sinai. I met with a Neurotologist, Dr. Enrique Perez, who was professional, thorough, and understanding . He could see that I was scared and nervous and he took the time to answer all my questions with sincerity.. I knew I made the right decision. My 1 surgery was successful, it was a little more complicated than expected, but we are now four years post surgery. I have not had any recurrence and I am now cleared for another year. I go to Mount Sinai twice a year and the care here is so special. It's easy to schedule appointments on the app and you can always leave a message for the doctor and you will receive a response within 24 hours. Hopefully no one ever has to be diagnosed with Cholesteatoma but if you need any ENT issues this is definitely where you go.

Dr. Keenan gaslit me about my documented Eustachian tube dysfunction. over a span of a couple years…read moreand she never suggested that I get a cat scan about my long term hearing loss. She refused to insert an ear tube, after many requests from me, and despite my history of needing them, and a few months later my eardrum spontaneously burst from congestion from a cold. When I discussed my frustration at not being heard by her, she was dismissive, defensive, and took no accountability. I finally had enough and left her practice. Since then, another ear doctor sent me for a cat scan which revealed a large growth in my ear canal (cholesteatoma) that had been eating away at my ear bones for 20 years. It required immediate surgery as it was 1/2 millimeter away from my brain. BEWARE of Dr. Keenan. I'm so grateful I found a new care team that saved my life. If I could give zero stars I would.
