I have never had such poor customer service in my life. Before scheduling segment 2, 2 months in advance, I called to confirm the time of the class would not change as we were booking airline tickets. Got the call today, one week prior to the class, that indeed the time changed and now my kids can't attend the class. The receptionist/office manager accused me of not calling. Trust me I did. They had also changed the time of Segment 1 after we were signed up. She said it was an error on the website. I pointed out the error was also on the contract. After a disappointing conversation and her accusing me of yelling at her (I did not, trust me), she said she would mail me a check. I asked if I could come get it in 10 minutes. She said yes, Mr Mosely would be on a break and could write it. When I arrived, he hadn't been on a break. She pointed to a room and said I would have to go talk to him. Looking around the corner, he was in class!!! I asked her if she seriously wanted me to interrupt his class. "Yes, you are going to have to to get your check." So I did. He was frustrated as was I. Of course, I told him she had told me to do that to which she piped up "I did not." I would have NEVER done that but after being called a liar by her, misinformed by her, I did. Does customer service mean absolutely anything? Does a contract mean anything? They don't have a monopoly. Much to people's misinformation THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO DOES SEGMENT 3 in the area. They are not the cheapest. Shop around. Be cautious signing up. There's a great chance the time of the class is changing. 2 for 2 on time changes. read more
