I had to cancel my contract this summer with Mosquito Squad due to the fact that I had suffered a stroke and now have so many medical bills that I don't know where to even begin! So, mosquitos will just have to bite me I thought as I e-mailed Mosquito Squad stating due to the circumstances I could not afford to complete my contract this year. The very next day the company contacted me and said that they will have a driver in my area tomorrow, I explained that I sent an e-mail and could no longer pay for their services. She expressed that she was aware of the e-mail and that they were not planning on charging me and just simply wanted me to feel better soon. After dealing with everything I was going through and fighting with insurance companies, etc. I was at the end of my rope that day and then receiving that call almost made me cry. In my years of dealing with them, I have found that the Mosquito Squad of Northeast Minnesota (MSNM} is a very good company. They arrive at the house on the day and at the time that they said they would. No excuses! Their products really work. Without them we wouldn't be able to spend much time in the yard of our rural home. Three years ago I took a chance and bought one of their pay-in-advance spray packages. Easy to work with, polite, conscientious, I felt that I received what I paid for! I had thought mosquito season was over and asked them to stop spraying for the season. About eight days later, while standing in my garden harvesting beans, I was swarmed with mosquitoes that I haven't seen all summer. I guess I had asked them to stop spraying too early! Mosquito Squad is a life-saver! We used their services for the first time last year and the results were amazing. In fact, we never had to even use bug spray all summer at our cabin...which is unbelievable. This is the first time I've reviewed on YELP. Mosquito Squad has done a great job for me. In the summer, their mosquito spray works and, I LIVE in the woods!! This winter, they offered Christmas decorating and it was fantastic! My neighbors were so excited to see our home all lit up! The guys showed up one day and, in a matter of hours, had lights hung everywhere and greenery swagged w/bows! I'll be calling them again, come spring, to keep my yard bug-free! We love Mosquito Squad! Mosquito Squad has made summer even better at our house. We can be outside anytime of the day or night and we are not even bothered by mosquitos, not even when working in the garden.
