From the front desk to the exam room, everyone was kind, super helpful- they listened and reacted. My doctor, Dr. Kaye, was SO thorough, conscientious and upbeat that even though I'm not out of the woods yet, I felt happy and knew I would be. My good experiences have outweighed the early, weak ones over the years. Of course they are busy and understaffed and I'm not fooling myself that that is going to change, but the physicians are great, the problems are administrative ( as usual ) and I'm taking it one appointment at a time.....

I understand that an appointment time is relatively meaningless (unless of course the patient is 10…read moreminutes late) but after waiting more than 30 minutes to be seen (and not given any information from the receptionist) I went up to ask and found out that there were still three more appointments ahead of me. When I was finally seen my appointment lasted less than 10 minutes. When I went for my follow up appointment, it was the same scenario; I couldn't wait over an hour from my appointment time so I rescheduled for the next earliest appointment over two months from now.

I made an appointment with Dr. Ristic because he treated my daughter for a hand injury and was good, so when my son injured his hand I thought "Hey get an appointment with Dr. Ristic". Little did I know that his office would just decide to cancel my son's appointment. He took the day off without pay and drove the one hour up to this appointment. When he got there he was told the appt was canceled because his cut was supposedly open. It was not and we got a confirmation text the night before for this appointment. We are obviously upset with the callousness of this office [1910 South Road, Poughkeepsie, NY]. I just called to complain and was told the appt was canceled because it was listed a "No fault" injury and Dr. Ristic doesn't do these cases. WTF???? My son injured his hand working with a metal piece from a car in OUR garage in OUR HOUSE! The ER saw him and charged my insurance for the visit with no issue. I needed his hand to be checked out to make sure the tendons were OK. Amari from OADC then said that no one is in his office right now to talk to - they are all gone. REALLY!!! So they just wanted to leave early on a Friday? Then DO NOT MAKE FRIDAY AFTERNOON APPOINTMENTS! Such horrible, unprofessional behavior. Do NOT use OADC on 1910 South Road for any injury ever.

Molly interviews the new patient in depth to make sure the treatment will match the patients needs. She is an excellent PT........she and Mike work very well together. I want to start by saying that I have been to this location in the past, however, what I dealt with…read moretoday was inexcusable and it wasn't with the therapists. This was the only place I ever went to but dealing with the receptionist today was just too much and I canceled my appointment and am going elsewhere. First, I made the appointment a few weeks ago and asked for a specific therapist, who I always had for every visit from evaluation to completion. Upon signing on to my portal today, all of documents mentioned someone else. Mind you, I called and said I only wanted this person, I visited to give the script and insurance and confirmed this person and today not the person. Second, I have 2 insurances, primary and secondary, gave them in that order. Online I only saw I insurance, secondary only which states a co-pay, with Medicare as primary and a secondary I don't have a copay. I called today, the day of the appointment to confirm and the receptionist insisted that my secondary states copay, I told her with Medicare as primary they pay and pass it to secondary. She kept insisting I had to call my insurance and work this out ----- I have had Medicare for numerous years and used it at this office, it's not how this works. It's her job to call, not mine. She kept talking over me and was rude, I canceled my appointment as stated, I'm in pain but not that much to deal with this. Don't go there.

A family member had four emergency room visits in about two weeks and was seen by Dr. Robert…read moreRosenzweig for gastric issues in the hospital as an ER patient. The hospital staff advised us correctly that he is a "man of few words." When we asked if there was another gastroenterologist we could call in for additional consultation, their response was that he was the only one on staff and maybe we should go to Manhattan or elsewhere. Dr. Rosenzweig answers your questions and volunteers little else in terms of information. In his office he is the same way. He did not inquire about any history (not even relevant medical history). He knew nothing of the patient's relevant medical issues even though this information had been given at the hospital and also in the required new patient paperwork in his office. His visit in the office lasted 6 minutes. His exam consisted of taking the height and weight of the patient and pressing on their abdomen. It ended with "see me in two weeks and we will see how you are doing" as he was heading to exit the office. Prior to the appointment, his office staff was rude and threatened to cancel the office appointment when the new patient paperwork was not received in advance. (You are not allowed to fill out paperwork a half hour before the appointment, but instead we had to drop it off several hours before the appointment - they seem to think that everyone owns a printer and fax machine.) A stressful situation was made worse by the staff and a provider that does not offer healthCARE. If you are in need of a gastroenterologist I would NOT recommend Dr. Rosenzweig.
