this is my second time using Most PT and they are very professional, thorough, knowledgable, and friendly too. They are up to date with their equipment and they are careful to clean everything that a patient has touched before a new patient uses it anew. I have recently moved; I used to travel 25 minutes to get there, now I travel almost 40, because they are that good. read more

This is the second time I have needed physical therapy, and MOST has come through for me both times. The facilities are spotless, the staff is friendly, kind and encouraging and the therapists are so knowledgeable about how to help me heal that I am grateful to have them by my side on this journey. Injuries that require therapy are usually pretty serious, do not heal overnight, and involve a physical and emotional journey to get back to "normal". Having the MOST team be on my team keeps me on track and motivated and confident that I will reach my goal. I highly recommend this great group of caregivers. read more

I was treated unprofessionally by a number of the staff members at the Rhinebeck site. My second appointment the physical therapist was 20 minutes late, offered no explanation or apology (it was his first appointment of the day, so the issue was not another client). He twice failed to give me a copy with a diagram and photos of the new exercise that he added to my home exercise program, even after being asked twice, and being told that I had a serious memory problem. The person who had made my 3rd appointment kept me on the phone for 10 minutes making the appointment. She clearly had no idea of what she was doing, and asked me the same questions about the date and time multiple times, repeating back to me incorrect information. For my third appointment, I came into the work room at the time of my appointment, expecting to be greeted, welcomed and told which table to go to, as I had been previously, only to be stared at by what I assumed were a couple of physical therapists, and clients. No one asked me who I was, or whom I was waiting for,or directed me to a table, but a woman who didn't introduce herself to me (apparently, she was my therapist that day (& she knew who I was) asked me what I was doing there. I said, I was waiting for my appointment to begin. I also asked her who she was since she clearly knew who I was. She said her name was Paige. She then rudely asked me why I was waiting there. I said no one had ever mentioned that I shouldn't wait there in the past (& it was where I had waited for my previous appointments). She then said with extreme sarcasm, "that the waiting room would be good!" I walked to the waiting room, and saw she was a P.T. Assistant or Aide on her picture on the wall. I came to Most to work with a fully certified P.T., and the receptionist had not mentioned that when I made the appointment with her (as in "you can make an appointment with Paige, one of our Aides/Assistants", like with P.A.'s in a doctors office) Maybe two minutes later, another woman (who also didn't introduce herself) then came in to "escort" me into the work room I had just been asked to leave. This was a few minutes past 4:00, my appt. time. I was escorted to a small (freezing) back room, next door to another room where Paige had just started doing a massage on a client. I thought it pretty strange that no one said Paige is running late, or Paige will be with you in a couple of minutes. I waited till 4:10, without receiving any explanation, apology, or update, Paige was still doing the other person's massage. I left and went home. I have no idea what is going on in this place, but it is was a confusing, disrespectful, & unprofessional environment overall, and the people are both intentionally, and unintentionally rude, and clearly not helping patients know what the expectations are. A bit of kindness, politeness, and information would have gone a long way for me. I would never go back and would recommend that if you are looking for a P.T. clinic that treats you and your time with respect, professionalism, and preparedness, go elsewhere. read more

My biggest fear after a serious injury was that I would have to endure 8 -12 months of painful physical therapy. After a month at MOST in Rhinebeck I knew this fear was unwarranted. The therapists developed a treatment plan that worked around my lifestyle while improving my range of motion and getting my strength back without the feared pain. Every session started with a conversation on how my leg was feeling and how I was managing. Even when I did something 'stupid' and set my recovery back the MOST crew was understanding and worked to educate me on how to do somethings better in the future. We started with a simple goal and kept adding goals until WE reached my final goal. This goal was met after only 7 months. My orthopedist was impressed with the therapy and recovery time. If you need physical therapy you really should talk to the great therapist at MOST. Just as important as the therapist is the MOST support staff. The equipment is spotless, ice/heat wraps monitored while winding down and you are always treated with a smile. Even scheduling and billing is a pleasure. read more
