After I left my review of our experience on our most…read morerecent move using All My Sons Moving I was contacted by their team to discuss the aspects of my review and what went wrong with our move and what things went well. After reviewing all of the details, they were very kind to initiate a refund to me as compensation for things that didn't go well. That does mean a lot that means I didn't overpay for something I didn't get and I am extremely grateful for that aspect of their customer service. That is something they are doing right and I hope that they learn from this experience and make improvements in the future.

    I am extremely disappointed with the service my family received…read more To begin with, it took the crew nearly an hour just to wrap a three-piece sectional couch. I understand the importance of protecting furniture, but an hour for a single couch seemed excessive, especially when the company charges by the hour. On top of that, the moving truck broke down. While I wasn't charged for the delay, it completely disrupted our moving schedule and caused a great deal of inconvenience. When the crew arrived at my parents' home, they simply left the furniture in the garage instead of bringing it inside. Before leaving, both movers rubbed their fingers together, clearly implying they expected a tip. My parents are elderly and do not speak English fluently, but they still understood how disrespectful that gesture was. No customer--especially elderly customers--should be made to feel pressured to tip. To make matters worse, I was charged nearly $700 for approximately three hours of work to move only a sectional couch and a TV stand. I have contacted the company multiple times by email regarding what I believe is an excessive charge, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Between the excessive time, the truck breakdown, the unprofessional behavior of the movers, the lack of care in delivering the furniture, and the unreasonable cost, I cannot recommend this company. I will never use their services again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Anytime there's an issue with the Internet they can usually walk me through it on the phone quickly, or they send a tech out. Just like today made the phone call around 3 o'clock and the problem is solved by 430. Just always super impressed with their employees, on-site technicians, and every experience I've had.     Fourth service call on intermittent speed issue. Speed will drop for hours on end to 2-6 Mbps down…read moreand 4-7 Mbps up with ping times hovering in a respectable 21-30 range. Keep in mind I am using the same measurement site as XStream uses. The service guy Christian shows up with a new modem, great, we can try that as a solution. He won't hardly speak to me about the issue I have, acting very put off by being here. So I, suggest that we may need a dedicated line for the modem if this doesn't work. Christian doesn't like that I have a suggestion and says so because he knows his job and I know nothing. Forget the fact he tracked mud across my carpet and kitchen floor, His attitude was plain bad. By the way, I am an Engineer in electronics manufacturing and have been in the industry in many areas for a long long time and I do know a few things about modems and what constitutes a dedicated line. I hope I have no further issues and the new modem fixes the speed drop issue. I only want the service I pay for, nothing more, nothing less. I pay for high speed, I expect it.
