They are very helpful when trying to figure out how you wanna mail something. Normally Chris is working the desk, so when you mail something you see here. She is great, very funny, knows your name. If you're mailing a letter to someone else in Weatherford, it will be delivered the next day, almost all the time, and I think its the same for OKC too. Anyways, good place. Friendly people. Normally the wait is less than 5 minutes.

We waited over a month for the post master to come "inspect" our mailbox, then was told to move it to the other side of the driveway so we did, then waited another month for him to come "inspect" it again just to be told now we have to add gravel or pavement in between it and the driveway, which wouldn't have been needed if we didn't have to move it in the first place. Now we've left several messages and even called and talked to the post master and he still hasn't come to "inspect" it or approve it. Absolutely ridiculous to not be provided this services after 3 months of living here.

Keep in mind I am using the same measurement site as XStream uses. The service guy Christian shows up with a new modem, great, we can try that as a solution. He won't hardly speak to me about the issue I have, acting very put off by being here. So I, suggest that we may need a dedicated line for the modem if this doesn't work. Christian doesn't like that I have a suggestion and says so because he knows his job and I know nothing. Forget the fact he tracked mud across my carpet and kitchen floor, His attitude was plain bad. By the way, I am an Engineer in electronics manufacturing and have been in the industry in many areas for a long long time and I do know a few things about modems and what constitutes a dedicated line. I hope I have no further issues and the new modem fixes the speed drop issue. I only want the service I pay for, nothing more, nothing less. I pay for high speed, I expect it.
