We had to ask for towels to be replaced . The parking is impossible! There are not enough slots for all the hotel rooms and it is very inconvenient. And expensive ! Someone put a lot of thought into making this place feel modern, but forgot about execution. Weird holes in the ceiling, paint not complete, carpet run down, bathrooms not remodeled and a little motel-ish more than hotel. The bar looks frickin awesome, probably the best hangout in town. Plus this place is stumbling distance to a Dixie Lee. The breakfast here is not worth walking across the way for. And they have an odd second floor doorway about the breakfast room but no stairs to it. Maybe for snowstorms? The view is just so-so, as it sits in a semi-industrial part of town.

We were here for two nights - our kitchenette was big enough for our purposes, and the room was quite large. The folks at the front desk/reception area are professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Small quibbles: it's a couple of miles from Perce's town center, and not really walkable to there...and like Nasi, we didn't have a view of the rock from our room. Water in the sinks and shower took an annoyingly long time to heat up, and the wifi was intermittent to the point of being useless. But, really, you didn't come to Gaspesie to mess around on your iPhone - get out and see all that this amazing region has to offer. Overall, this place got the job done and then some. Definitely recommended.

The small chalets with no kitchenettes do not have the great view of the rock but we chose the privacy over the view as our other option would have been the motel rooms. Our guide made sure we knew how to safely navigate the waters and he gave us plenty of tips. I never fell and I had a great workout. It was the best hour and a half that I did in the gaspe.
