I was just charged 100$ for someone to tug on a little rope. In fact writing up the receipt took…read morelonger than the service call. I'm not kidding--it was a ten second visit for 96$. I run a business. If I performed such a service I'd be embarassed to ask someone to pay 100$ for such a service. I suppose the technician could have spent 100$ on gas coming to my neighbourhood. Even so I would have said just pull this little string the next time it stops opening. Save yourself a 100$. Guess that's just me. Yep--I was informed before hand what it would cost. Nope I wouldn't win this one in a court of law. But just person to person I just feel disappointed. Oh well. Lesson learned. Got to get to work now. I took the morning off for this.
