Definitely concerns me when I go in to see a doctor for the first time and they don't ask me minor standard questions like my day-to-day routine. Not here though! He provided me with tips, a treatment plan including stretches and strengthening and immediate relief through some body work. I'm pretty sure he even went a little over my intended time... and I was 10 minutes late. I'm also just traveling through but didn't feel like I was just getting in and out. My first appointment with them was a fairly lengthy one as the physiotherapist had to ask me lot of questions to determine what was wrong and what course of action to take. I was given an ultrasound massage and shown a few exercises that really helped my condition. And since the second session, I've never had to go back. The physiotherapist was very thorough, professional and even though she did say I would need a few more sessions, I felt better after the second - which is a shame since I was hoping to try the clinical pilates out. They also have a fast claim system so I was able to get a direct reimbursement through Medibank on the spot.
