Booking was easy over the phone and we managed to get appointment for the same day The physio we booked into specialises with children and she has a lovely manner, friendly and very thorough. Our initial appointment was about 45 min and she went through different positions to ascertain the cause / extent of pain. I would come back if needed as I found the session to be value for money, thorough and insightful. Lucky for us, my daughter's pain was not serious and does not need ongoing treatment. When I left I was given a new client pack which include referral cards, which gives a friend $20 off their first session and $20 off my next session - so if you are thinking of going let me know, happy to give you the card.

I was able to get in within a week, and very much looked forward to it. He runs his practice out of his house (there is an annex) and the room is warm, cozy and inviting - everything you'd want. But, to be clear, this isn't a spa so don't expect robes and slippers. The massage was fantastic. Phil has a firm hand, and got into all my sore bits - everything you could ask for in a massage. I have re-booked for next month, and highly recommend him. (Unless you like those weak-wrist relaxation massages - then you should probably skip it, or at least let him know.) This place is full of Massage and many other things that you can benefit from. As you look from the street, this place looks a bit junky but as you walk into the driveway, and through the gravel of a parking lot, you enter into a different world. The steps are lined with plants and the atmosphere changes entirely. Opening the screen door, you walk into this cute little lobby with a reception desk with a super cheery receptionist and the smell of whatever lovely scent is this week/months favourite. The house (and that's what it seems like) is a beautiful old historic mansion. When going back into the rooms (which every single one has quiet please, session in progress) it's literally like a beautiful maze with two beautiful staircases... One that's not in use because I'm guessing it's not safe, but it's still beautiful. From what I've seen, the staff is more than friendly, they greet you and make you feel welcome and the place is just extremely comfortable. If you haven't been in for a massage, give them a ring. They have spots available all the time and the people coming out seem quite happy about it....
