I booked a last minute car rental with these folks, picking up from their San Antonio location on Avda Portmany as I was coming in on the ferry from Gandia. The walk to their location was easy and for summer in Ibiza, the rental cost was reasonable. Magda assisted me with my rental and was extremely pleasant and efficient and the car (Hyundai i20) was in excellent condition, so only after a little paperwork and brief check of the paperwork, I was quickly on my way (I cane into the office around 20:00, so was pretty quiet).
I had no issues during my short 2-day rental, but as my ferry departure time grew near, I was in a bind because I was running so late. I called to see if the folks at this office might be able to meet me at the ferry terminal, but unfortunately they were busy so could not accommodate that request - oh well, never hurts to ask! Because I was so late, when I finally got to their office, I parked quickly and basically tossed the keys to them saying, "the car is outside, I have to run!"
I made my ferry (barely!!), but due to my belated departure, I knew I wouldn't have time to fill up with petrol (they have a nice full-to-full policy, which makes things easy!), so was expecting to get stung for quite a bit upon final billing. But once I received an email with details about my deposit return, less additional charges (which was a really nice touch, I've never gotten an email about deposit return from any other car rental company!) the surcharge was only €15- happy days!! So that cemented my loyalty: from now on, whenever I need a rental in Ibiza, MotoLuis are the crowd for me!! read more
