Made an appointment for service on my motorcycle ahead of time.
Agreed on a time to show up
They made us wait outside with the doors locked, while we stood outside and never telling us to go around the back of the shop for service.
(Service area opens up a lot earlier than the sales area) and they were inside just looking at us.
Lost valuable time due to the service and the fact that we were waiting outside like fools, then as we sit in the lounge waiting for the service to be done, they charge you $1.50 for a cup of coffee!
The dealership appears high end and to not even offer your customers one free cup of coffee seemed ridiculously cheap!! We spent $575!
Lastly, the service is done, we went to pay, but as we see other bikes being washed before they are returned to the customer, I ask the service manager "is it customary for you to wash the bikes after service?"
Reply with annoyance "yes"
Me, annoyed and defiant but polite: "so why didn't you wash my bike?"
Manager-the quintessential arrogant response was: "you didn't ask".
It felt like he was discriminating towards us because we were not French.
The staff were very friendly towards other customers, some spoke English so that didn't appear to be the reason for the cold attitude.
Other dealerships that we visited in Canada were fantastic and very friendly and helpful.
Not this place.
