I paid for the service but never again. Nice build/ business though.

I find it extremely disgusting to hear that you all only care about selling motorcycles and 4 wheelers, but do not care about doing warranty work for a Honda 4 wheeler that you didn't sell someone. My brother spoke to Roy about doing warranty work on his 2018 Honda Rancher and was told "I cannot really turn you away, but I don't make any money off of warranty repairs on bikes (4 wheelers) we do not sell." My father called up there and confirmed that is what was said and all he received was multiple "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have used those words." Seriously?!!?! He came up there with 3500 bucks and wanted to finance the rest, but you all wouldn't finance him bc he was on disability (he has terminal cancer). He was forced to go to Murfreesboro to purchase and finance it! So now you don't want to do the warranty work because you don't make money?!?!! He literally has made over 1k in purchases from your store even after you literally treated him like garbage when he first came up there to buy a 4 wheeler.... and now this. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. It is clearly only about money. The fact that you all have been in business for so many years is beyond shocking. For consumers reading this, go elsewhere. Has a good selection of new products and some used but they move fast. We looked at a used one to go along with our other 2 one new one used but it sold next day after it came in. My issue was that i went to pick up my…read moreHonda (2400 miles on it with incredible paint job) and I found it with chopped grass stuck on the back fender - clearly put there by a weed wacker. The guys there washed it for me when i pointed it out. The fender was still wet when i drove it home. Once home and the bike was dried, i could see scratches on the back fender where the grass had been weed wacked onto it. I was able to get a detailer to work them out. Nothing deep, but still surface scratches and grass on a beautiful low mileage bike. They may be mechanically good but I wouldn't trust them again. If your bike has a nice paint job - i recommend you may want to look elsewhere. I know it was the landscapers who did the damage but still, if my bike is there i trust it should be safe.
