Get it together folks. The employees name is Stephanie mittendorff who is cold and callous rude and seemingly entitled to do as she pleases and treat customers as she sees fit. As long as she remains employed at this location I fear that the entire company should be shamed. Infuriating and appalling, to use the company phone line to establish a gateway of harassment on company time, on company dime, and be allowed to get away with it.
