Well, the first time the phone was answered (older man, owner I assume- woody?) couldn't of been more rude and condescending of me when enquiring about their turn around time. It takes a lot of gull to speak to someone- let alone a potential paying customer the way I was today on the phone. It look a solid 2-2.5 mins for me to decide, I NEVER would support this business. Mayo welding- Do yourself a favor and disconnect the phone lines altogether; not like you answer them much anyways, OR get someone who understands customer service, because the person I spoke to on the phone today is clearly a welder. Yikes...

He offered if there wasn't a major problem they could do the job in 20 minutes. Luckily there wasn't any problems just needed a good tune up of oil change, new spark plugs, air filter, blade sharpening etc. His technician Quinn did a great job and sure enough 20 minutes later it was all set to go. Have purchased 20+ yards of various stone, dirt and sod for my property. They are definitely a business minded no frills. Recently I needed a very small amount of paver stone, a type you can't get at the big box stores, they wouldn't let me fill a few 5 gal buckets and pay them for that amount. I was told I had to purchase a yard. Seriously? Who does that? They said they don't know how to charge me for that amount. Called around the area and found a friendly supplier that will let you "bag your own" - that's good service! Moving on from Eagle.
