When I ordered them they sent me out the entirely wrong brake pads.. Then they then lied to me again and told me the original pads ordered were discontinued by the manufacturer so I had to use the sub they sent me in place of the original.. (which didn't fit properly) So I called direct to the manufacturer and they told me a whole different story.. They said they were only coming off a short temporary backorder and they special ordered me up 2 sets and shipped me out the correct pads direct.. Bottom line is this company lied to me twice.. I won't ever buy anything or do business with a company that lies to me and I hope you don't either.. "If they lie to a customer once, they'll probably lie to you twice.." I went over to Bikes, Trikes N Stuff, they welcomed me with open arms , explained everything than needed to be done, showed me the faults. They have gained my trust for the future. Before my ride home was there , they have fixed all the advisories and the next day the bike was put through an MOT . Passed with flying colours and feels brand new. I honestly couldn't be convinced by anything to go to another bike shop after this amazing experience. Highly highly recommend this place, great guys. Real bikers shop. Thank you again.

My car wasn't in the best condition but not the worst and I was given a price over the phone after this that I was happy with. When the collections team arrived admittedly there were a couple of other bits that I missed but the price drop was justified and explained to me. Overall I was happy and would use them again.
