Most shocking customer service I have ever experienced! Kenwood DDX 4015BT

After having Bluetooth connectivity issues with not only mine, but also my partners phone, I thought it would be a good idea to message Nafe re problem and advise - or any suggestions on how rectify the problem. (I have photos of 2 x different phones to prove this). Nafe recommended that I bring in my vehicle on Wednesday 9/1/2018 at 4pm for him to have a look at it.

After careful inspection of the unit, Nafe made a number of suggestions as to what the problem may be, all of which I had already attempted, that being trying to connect different phones, and brands other than my iPhone 7, removing device/devices from unit, reconnecting devices, etc, which all had been attempted on many occasions with no success. After a great deal of research on the Kenwood online sight, I mentioned that it may need a firmware update. Nafe denied this, and expressed how he had no experience or understanding of firmware updates, that he only has experience in installing units, and also recommended that I purchase a new phone... really??? Nafe also suggested that I should personally attempt to update the firmware, which I was reluctant to do so re 12 month warranty. After asking multiple times if this update attempt would void my warranty, Nafe did not respond with any answer whatsoever.
Throughout this whole process of trying to find a solution, Nafe became increasingly passive aggressive, and mentioned that he was F%#% tired. He continued to express his dismay at me wasting his time, (even though he asked me to come in) made mention of how rude I was, and for a teacher I was disrespectful. From this point and to my shock Nafe's temper escalated, aggressively slamming my car door and told me to get the F%#% out of his workshop. Shocked and confused, I started my car and reversed out with Nafe confronting my driver side with abuse.
After leaving the workshop Nafe messaged me re my sunglasses being left behind. I responded that I would pick them up tomorrow. At no time was I disrespectful to Nafe as I see no point in this..., this does not represent me as a person and find this extremely offensive.

Reluctant to collect my glasses re previous experience, I decided to record any interaction for safety purposes. I am pleased that I did because the barrage of abuse and physical intimidation was one of which I have never experienced before. Close interaction, abuse of my private space, and poking my chest whilst expressing to me that I am a rude man, a little girl with no balls whilst clutching his crotch, and pointing a screw driver directly at me. I felt the need to stand my ground and respond to Nafe's ongoing barrage of accusations and abuse. Why? because everyone has the right to protect themselves from false allegations and lies. As I walked back to my car, the abuse continued. I asked Nafe is this is how he runs a business and treats customers, and also mentioned that I have 12 months warranty re unit installed. He made it quite clear that it is his business and I have no warranty...really??? He also mentioned that I too was being recorded which I have no issue with, as this is more proof of the way in which I behaved throughout this horrible ordeal.
The abuse continued on my way back home with ongoing text messages calling me a little girl, photo of me in his workshop, and that he had reported me to police for abusive behaviour...really???
I welcome the police contacting me as I have proof of what occurred throughout my visit.
Luckily I have photos of the issues re Kenwood DDX 4015BT unit, recording of incident, text messages and proof of purchase. Nafe has now blocked me before I could write a review. Makes me wonder as to how many other dissatisfied customers have experienced the same customer service. I am concerned that customers will receive the same service.
This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour and I am shocked to the core. Out of 5 stars..., my rating is -10, and hopefully I will never have to experience such negative customer service again.
