Hired Moulton Law Office to complete our Living trust after attending one of their seminars. Please do your due diligence. They give you a big beautiful fluffy binder, but when it comes to getting your investment assets into the trust no help. They just say it needs to be done but I have been dealing with E-trade and after weeks it just can't be done. Chase Bank couldn't do it without changing account numbers. You only get half the information from the people in order to make their sales pitch. I still have six months left in their so called program before they sell you on their yearly billable fee. Never, ever believe a lawyer. With AI just research yourself. All they are out there for is to take your money and get their billable hours! Matt Luedke of Moulton Law Offices guided me for the last two years in pre-Medicaid planning for my frail, elderly Mom. Finally, when her money was almost gone he prepared her Medicaid application and she was approved in six weeks. This is a record during these Covid-19 times when the state is getting swamped with applications. He prepared me to be successful on my Mom's behalf with a detailed document checklist for the raw data. I had to do quite a bit of work but he put it all together; dotting the "i's" and crossing the "t's." I have worked previously with two other elder law attorneys in this town and all I got was expensive bills, delays and no results. Contrary to the experience reported by others, our experience with Moulton Law has been excellent. Our initial consultation with Michael Gunning was good as well as enlightening, and their follow through was just as promised. We established a Living Trust that will make things much easier when either of us or both of us pass away. The thing is, it is the responsibility of the people establishing a will or living trust to make sure that the language contained within is written so that it describes exactly what they want done in the event of a death. EXACTLY. Until it does, don't sign final paperwork! We have contacted Moulton Law more than once by phone and have never had a problem reaching them, or getting a return phone call. My parents chose this law office for their estate planning/executive needs. My brother is Executor (?) of my patents' estate, I am both an heir to their estate as well as my mother's medical executor. After my father's death and his wife's (our mother's) subsequent stroke and institutionalization, I was appalled to say the least at Mouton Law firms apparent errors of omission and comission as well as their lack of transparency toward heirs to their clients'' (my parent's) estate. I voiced my concerns quite adequately to this firm and, while I requested a response from them, I never received even so much as a return phonecall or an acknowledgment letter. They did, however, charge my patents' estate for my call (although I never spoke with an attorney or a paralegal there, instead an Admin Assistant). My concerns go beyond Moulton's blatant lack of communications. Regarding dealing with the errs to their clients' estates (i.e., me), Mouton's apparently chose to simply let my concerns/warnings go unaddressed. My parents' worldly things were resultantly allowed to be sorryfully dispersed, much to my still-living Mother's dismay. I phoned several other law offices to insure that I was within my rights to ask such questions and, although I indeed appear to have a right to such information, I seemingly would had to have hired another attorney to monitor Moulton's handling of the estate. It's an ongoing lament for my Mother and myself, one which we both feel powerless regarding. it has created an enormous riff among the surviving siblings. T his is something my late father would NEVER have approved or wanted any part of. No doubt, illegal and saddening events happen daily in life, but the point I make here is that these misunderstandings, via transparency, are SO preventable by competent legal counsel. From my experience with Mouton's Law Offices, I deduce that it is legal for attorneys to assist in the execution of the illegal. My experiences with this law firm also causes me to REFER THEM TO NO ONE for their estate planning needs. read more

Moulton Law Office is a joke. I called the office on 2 different occasions to make an appointment. Both times I was told by the phone guard that she had to talk to the attorney first. This firm is little more than a scam operation dressed in a necktie and wingtips. It is an administrative black hole--your money, phone calls, emails and letters go in---NOTHING COMES OUT!! I've dealt with a lot of lawyers in my professional life and this is the most discourteous and unprofessional bunch of amateurs I have ever encountered. The interests of their clients are their LAST priority. According to a lawyer friend of mine, their expensive work product is garbage. My mother attended one of their seminars, went for a face to face meeting as a follow up and had them prepare a trust for her. The paperwork was not complete, we had to contact them and ask for documentation and to follow through on their part. They DO NOT answer the phone, it is all automated and you will not get a call back. They, at this point, are billing for a service that was not part of the original service agreement, trying to charge for my father's estate probate which they had no part, none! He was deceased prior to my mother ever thinking about attending their seminar. This company and it's executive team are unprofessional and downright crooked.
