Now that she has passed and we are working with other attorneys, the final draft will apparently won't hold up almost anything that we are supposed to be entitled to. We have been warned by more than one attorney that to try to assure we receive what we were supposed to, we may face having to pay thousands of dollars to try and remediate this issue.
