L Wood towing towed my mom's car 8.2 miles and charged her $595! she cannot afford that! I called today and asked if we could retrieve there items and was told only if she pays $450!!! He is also stating that in order to get the car, the sheriff has to release it. There is no sheriff hold on it!! I'm thinking maybe the sheriff and this tow company are working together to scam Individuals! This place is taking an advantage of lower income people and need out of business!
