I've tried several West in the city guys and ladies to no satisfaction,and recently noticed a new business in my neighbourhood. I've always tried to support the independent guy who's local and decided for a walkin rather than appt. Ray (the owner) is terrific! Great cut,pleasant conversation,and fast service,all for a modest price. Here's a guy you can call your barber for a long time.

After checking out Instagram I saw that they had an outdoor cigar lounge where you can sit back and relax while watching some sports on there outdoor tv! I had to give it a try! Met all expectations. With the beautiful weather I had an amazing time enjoying my cigar I purchased from there beautiful walk in humidor. There cigar humidor isn't as big as there Oakville location but it has all the goodies and found my favourite mombacho cigar. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They also offer leather goods, boots, cigar supplies, pipe tobacco, wet shaving supplies (straight razors and brushes) and even there own merchandise. When it comes the VCC you already can sense the vibe they have great barbers and won't let you down. Never got my hair done or shave at Burlington but Lopes from Oakville is super skilled and does a fantastic Job!!!

I should have left immediately, but I responded that I didn't know, that my son wanted to look like the picture. A few seconds later, the "stylist" had clipped the sides extremely short, completely ignoring the picture. I guess he only knew how to do one cut? I left with my son in tears. After some encouragement from yours truly, my Husband went back three days later, prepared to pay to have them re-do it, and armed with a plethora of photos of his desired cut and a little more confidence. To his surprise, not only did they cut his hair exactly how he wanted (and it looks FIRE), but they didn't charge him to re-cut it. The (I'm assuming) owner told him, "I just want you to be happy with your haircut." They not only are talented barbers, but also have peak customer service.
