I've never written any reviews but now I really have to. Bike Planet has helped me and my bike so…read moremany times with the most amazing customer service I've ever got. Honestly. Even though I've been traveled a lot and got friendly and good customer service before it is nothing to compared to Bike Planet's service. Whether it was my wheels that were out of air or my loose tires, they fixed it. It always took less than five minutes (I always made to my lecture on time thanks for them!) and without any charge with the huge smile on their faces. They made my day every time I went there. Last time I was so happy that I could pay for them since they changed some parts of my bike - but no, they didn't let me. That was the only disappointment. Go there and be happy. There is still so much good left in this world!
