Mountain Gate Toyworld is a really fun toyshop. It has toys coming at you from quite literally, every direction. There are prams, tricycles and kites hanging suspended overhead - some with little sold stickers on them. They offer lay-by here so I assume someone had put a deposit on it. The rest of the store is full to bursting with all sorts of toys. There are kids costumes, dolls, action figures, balls and dollhouse furniture kits. It is kind of hard to see what you are looking at sometimes because there is just that much stuff in there. On the other hand, there are items in every price bracket so you're sure to find at least one thing that works for you. There were two dogs lazing around behind the counter with a staff member and they were just adorable. I was a bit more excited to see them than I was to see the shop but I doubt that they are always there. For anyone who doesn't like dogs, there was a gate to keep them from running around the store and they both looked pretty old - so don't let that deter you from coming. There was no music playing in the store and shopping in silence was a bit bizarre.
