Price list on the wall (photo sent) is now higher than on website ($60 for 1hr combo). When I asked about this, the person checking us in said they would honor website price. During the massage, they did foot massage instead of combo, despite inquiries if we were getting what we requested. On checkout, we were charged $60 each and told that the other person didn't know what they were talking about and that the website was "old." (Note: it is their own website!!) They finally agreed to honor the $50 price (which was what a foot massage cost anyway), but then had the nerve to demand a $15-20 tip on top of the charge (in accordance with a sign on the wall listing this as the "recommended tip.") The massage was nice but not worth losing my Apple Watch. I realized after I had left that the massage therapist had taken it off for the massage, and I had forgotten to get it back. I used Find My Device and located it at Mountain Massage. I called and spoke with someone who said they had it and to come in to get it. I returned the next day and none of the employees knew where it was. I called and spoke again with someone who said to call before I go in to make sure she is there. I called againt the next day and she said she was sorry but another woman had come in and picked up my watch. This is very unlikely. I'm very disappointed in their protocol for dealing with forgotten watches, especially because they took the watch during the massage. How difficult it is to keep track of these very expensive watches that are left behind? Remember to collect your watch if they take it off you! read more

DO NOT GO THERE. Let me start by saying I used to love this place but I think it must have been with previous owners. The service was amazing, the massages were great and to the point (really nice after skiing or hiking and you don't take your clothes off!) and let's be honest it wasn't expensive, like $45 for and hour leg feet and back massage. I went yesterday and it was a DISASTER. Not only did the lady basically yell at me that I was wasting her time for only getting a 30 minute massage, they she started yelling that I had to take my clothes off and get under this basically half blanket. It was so unbelievably uncomfortable. In retrospect, I should have just stood up and walked out. Once I finished what was actually a very nice massage, I realized that they no longer take any other form of payment other than cash. Not just that, they have a sign that says the 30 min massage is $50 and they expect you to tip between $15-$20 for the 30 minute service. Wait, what?? If you say no I'll go with the standard 20% they yell at you. At this point I was completely regretting even going in there and now I had to drive home to go get cash. I really didn't want to deal with it anymore so I sent my husband. When he arrived they tried to tell him that I received a 90 minute massage and needed to pay their ridiculous tip rate (of between 30-40% FYI). I give it five stars rating for the cleanliness, and the great Traditionally Chinese Foot massage that I received here. Just got a combo massage with Jojo and she was amazing! My head was tingling the entire time she did my feet and with the massage part she used the perfect amount of pressure. I highly recommend coming here! To make it a bit more clear: they start you off with the foot massage fully clothed and then you move to a room where you can either undress or stay fully clothed. Horrible experience for my wife and I. First, we paid for hour massage and got less than 50 minutes. The male and female masseuse both did not understand English and could not understand our requests. Both masseuses kept leaving for several minutes at a time to walk into the front and book other customers as they walked in. At least 4 times my massage was interrupted. Reduced massage time by easily 15 minutes. Then at the end, when we went to pay, he had the NERVE to ASK for a tip! He then pointed to sign which suggested tips. I explained why I would not be tipping. I said you kept interrupting and you gave us way less than an hour. He the made a "swatting motion" with his hand as if to shoe us away. On top of all this, the massage was fully clothed with a towel on top of us. Incredible amount of friction burns! Painful. Left in pain rather than pleasure. I have been going to Mountain Massage for a couple years now. They have recently changed ownership. I have had 4 massages since the ownership change. They have all not been as good as before with Mike as the owner. I just went in for a massage last Wednesday, 7-1-15, it was the worst massage I have ever had in my entire life. He didn't use any pressure, like he was tired and just going through the motions. The staff keep talking during the massage which was not relaxing at all. I actually hurt much more after the massage, not from too much pressure but from the tension I had during the massage waiting for it to get better. The foot massage hardly used any pressure like normal. I can't say enough about how bad of a massage it was. I won't go back again. read more
