Online ordering process was easy. Pickup time was for 5:20PM. Picked up slightly before (5:15PM) and the order was ready. The food was barely warm.. The pizza had appeared to be sitting for a while unfortunately. The same with the bread sticks. I had to reheat both. Unfortunately I do not believe I will be coming back here. Well I have been here a couple times for the lunch buffet. First couple times it was ok. Today makes me not want to go back. We were there for 45 minutes. A half of a pepperoni pizza came out during that time. While the all veggie pizzas remained on the heating table. Cheese breadsticks had been there so long they were dry. We got there at noon. None of the 3 versions of crust but the one. If you don't want to set out basic pizzas you will have to find someone else to eat there. Also no bacon bits on the salad bar. I wanted to like a new pizza place in Parker, especially one convenient to me! We thought we'd try the array of a lunch buffet before taking on the pricey per pie cost. Unfortunately, we had a mediocre experience for the lunch buffet, at best. Came in around 1215pm to given the salad bar and pizza buffet a try. The host taking orders was very heavily tattooed, including many tattoos and excessive black makeup on her face - something many are not accustomed to seeing in front of house. The restaurant was not busy, leading to slow pizza turnover, and a less-than-fresh quality. The salad bar offers a nice array of options, all of which appeared fresh. The display of ingredients was a bit odd, however. For example, salad dressing was placed immediately after the greens yet before any toppings so it seemed out of order when building a salad. There were cheese sticks on the pizza bar yet no marinara for dipping. There were also only 2 pizzas on the buffet at the height of the lunch hour: a vegetarian pizza, and a ham/pineapple/jalapeno pizza. We were surprised to see this little pizza choice, particularly when the pizzas available did not really have broad appeal. We did ask if they could make something like a pepperoni or meat lover pizza and the person at the counter responded that "they guessed they could drop one of those." Pizza sitting on the bar for some time was fair - not as hot as we wanted, and kind of dry. The new pizza came out hot and had a better taste. Still, the crust is fairly heavy and bready, the cheese appears to be a blend of mozzarella and perhaps cheddar, and the overall taste of the pizza is something similar to a commodity or frozen-style pizza, NOT freshly made. The sauce is fairly sweet and thick / pasty. Certainly, there are MUCH better pizzas to be had. We were intrigued by the pepperoni - they use a cupping pepperoni which curls up and crisps on the edges; not bad, yet not our preference. There was also a cinnamon bun type dessert pizza on the buffet and it was actually pretty tasty. The restaurant is very clean, bright, there is a nice patio for pleasant days, a few arcade games, a mix of booths and tables, areas to accomodate large groups. Overall, the ambiance is nice. Would we return? Not very likely as the eating experience can be much better elsewhere where you get the feeling pizza is fresh and made to order. Further, we would NOT order pizza for takeaway from here - pies are over-priced and we didn't care for the taste. However, if you're looking for an all-you-can-eat pizza and salad bar buffet for a reasonable price, Mountain Mike's could satisfy. read more

We brought some of our family to Mountain Mike's today for the first time. The food was exceptional! We had the huge Mountain Pepperoni Pizza and it had 200 pieces of pepperoni on it. It was so good. We also had the Pikes Peak Pizza with pineapple and the Chicken Club Pizza with white sauce. They were both delicious. We tried 3 different kinds of wings and they were all fantastic. For dessert we had the Mini Churrs and the amazing Not-Knots. YUM! The customer service was great and we had the pleasure to meet the owners while we were there. They were very nice and so welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of and very happy with all our food. We can't thank them enough for opening this yummy restaurant and for being such kind people. Came and had lunch buffet- pizza and salad bar. Pizza bar was kept replenished. The buffet pizza had lots of different toppings and lots of topping on them and you could also request specific ones. Much better than many buffets that have one or two topping these were loaded. The pizza is pretty good not thin not thick crust kinda medium. Has a good crisp on bottom, sauce is good and enough cheese too. The salad bar had a good amount of options and was fresh. I would come back for sure. read more

Stopped in for pizza tonight. Yes the wait was long (about an hour and a half) but I understand that they have just opened and are still working out the kinks. They were SLAMMED with customers, DoorDash orders, walk ins, and online orders and through it all, every single employee was kind, gracious, and very apologetic about the wait. (Especially Maddy who went above and beyond making sure everyone waiting was comfortable, offering fountain drinks, coupons, and checking on order progress) There was one man who yelled and was very insulting to the staff, and manager and it was just disappointing to see, but the manager handled the situation gracefully. Overall, most customers were bummed about the wait time but understanding and kind. We look forward to coming back and supporting this business and are happy to have them in Parker. read more

Been waiting for months to finally check this place out after delayed openings. Totally disappointing experience. Pizza left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. The garlic knots were only saving grace. Ordered online, over 2 hrs wait, website didn't give you a time until you paid. Went to pickup at scheduled time and there were over 20 orders still in front of us. People standing around waiting and no pizza on the tables for the people eating there. After noticing it was going to be even longer we asked for refund. It was granted so that's a positive. Waiting 45 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be ready is crazy. Their system needs to have a limit on tickets as their excuse was they got 140 tickets all at once. This is not the customers problem. While the pizza was good, definitely not worth waiting for a total of 2 and a half hours. Churros need a dipping sauce or choice of sauces... raspberry or berry, chocolate or caramel would be tasty. Our churros were a bit overdone as well. Also, if you're running that behind, be honest with your customers and if your customers don't want to wait, at the VERY least, refund their money AND offer a coupon if they come back for a free side, free dessert, free SOMETHING!! You will lose your customers very quickly without offering something for a long wait. This is why my 1 star. Even Jersey Mike's offered me a free sub after waiting 10 minutes, yes 10 minutes, inside the store to pick up my digital order. They have a LOT of improvements to make. Lastly, when I called to check the status, the girl who answered the phone said she was checking the status (didn't put me on hold) and I heard her check out multiple other customers and answer another phone call. I had to hang up and call back to get the status, in which she said "it's on its way" I asked how long, and she said they were about to leave... so she lied, it wasn't on its way and was still in store. I really enjoyed the pizza but I'm toppings guy; black olives, onions, bell peppers, you name it and I like it on a pizza and their toppings were fresh and delicious. Now for the bad. Their large pie is 14" not 16" and their large specialty pies are priced at $30. So the rub here is do I want to spend $30 on a 14" pizza even if it is loaded with fresh toppings? They close at 10, came in at 8:30, saturday night, no one came to the register. stood there for about 10-15 minutes it was super uncomfortable. some guy was even standing in the window, didn't acknowledge us even after we tried to ask if they were open. all of them were on their phones except for one worker. when we finally walked out they came out of the kitchen, it was like they waited until we left to come out. i would understand if we came 20 minutes before closing but almost 2 hours before closing and no one's at the register... i never leave reviews but this was very uncomfortable and rude. disappointing because it looks like it would be pretty good. read more

I lived in Sacramento for 13 years and have been to Mountain Mikes many times. I was on my way home from work and noticed we actually now have one in Colorado. The Pizza is good. I would say solid 7.4. Good pie. What gave it 5 stars was Paul. He was polite the moment I walked in. 97 degrees outside and immediately offered me something to drink while waiting for my order. Me and my dad showed up 10 minutes before they close (like A holes) and they weren't bothered by this. They took the same effort and care as they would with anyone. The manager, Paul, was very enthusiastic. He talked to us the whole time and ensured us the kitchen staff wouldn't be upset. After talking for a few minutes the pizza was ready and we left.
