Ordered some pizza for pick up. It was ready by the expected time, so looking good already. The pizza was better than most chains. It was loaded with toppings but didn't feel heavy. I had MM years ago in a different location and remember it being greasy. That was good in its own way. My only feedback is the tomato sauce being a little too tangy for my own liking. If I could give less than one star, I would. I ordered a $40 pizza for a 2 mile delivery and the driver called and canceled my order because "there's pizza closer to me". What a joke of an establishment. It looked good but I will not ever give a penny to this sorry place. Ridiculous. Back to add on. Very Very respectful and nice! the two main cashiers are awesome! i totally forgot their names! but i will update the review with their names ! one weekend i came in with my two kids and my best friend & his girlfriend with their 4 kids so 4 adults and 6 kids! we ordered a lot of food, and we tried to stay respectful as much as we could ! lol! after returning next weekend, me and my family us 4, came in got a pizza and garlic bread cheese sticks, we waited about 25-30 minutes, it was super busy. the guy was so cool he gave me a free drink, and some churros. these guys actually understand and care. of course i left a cash tip for them :) I definitely recommend this place to anyone or even my co workers & friends. keep killing it guys! you guys are awesome! and to the two gentlemen helping me, thank you. i asked for a lot of things and you guys did not loose your patience at all, very very respectful. these two should own the place! haha. keep it up guys. 5/5. want good pizza? want good customer service? Started coming here during the pandemic which is when they opened if I remember... Staff had always been friendly. Solid CA pizza(not NYC). Chicken wings are decent smallish but moist and crispy. Almost a dozen beers on tap and finally they started carrying juice and milk for kids which is something I always begged for. Fun Fact I read every single review before posting mine... Didn't know there was a Mountain Mike's here. Brand new location by Wolfe and El Camino. Dunkin right next door. They have a front door but parking is in the back with a back door you can go through which is much easier. Tiny patio outside, maybe 3 tables? We ordered the McKinley large and it seems like a good amount for what we paid. Quality ingredients too. My only gripe is I took it straight home and it's not piping hot, felt almost room temp (we are less than 10 minutes away). Would definitely come back when we are craving for a pie though. I stay at the hotel next to Mountain Mike's in Sunnyvale for work trips, and I never miss an opportunity to order a pizza from this shop. They have delicious and original topping combinations, and the staff is always very friendly. This last visit, I ordered the Garlic Tuscan, and it was delicious!! I bit into it right away and took a picture after, lol. My only 1 comment is that if garlic is in the name, I would expect an overwhelming garlic flavor, and I didn't get that. read more

I've been eating Mountain Mike's ever since I was a kid...over 20+ years and always remembered it being really good. When I heard they opened up In Sunnyvale close to my place, I had to give it a try. I ordered delivery and it arrived right on time. When I opened the box, I noticed the pizza wasn't hot anymore and was slightly just warm. I took the first bite and was disappointed on the lacking flavor on the combo pizza. Ordered a chicken lau pizza, and honey garlic wings for dinner. I came home to a cheese pizza & the that chili wings. The workers worked there, gave me the wrong order. I didnt bother to check, because my friend and i placed order online for pickup. We realised the gave us wrong order. Also, they couldnt credit us for a credit next time. So they had us come in back to receive our refund which we paid cash. And they had 3 employees standing there talking about the order or what had happened. mountain mike's is surprisingly good!!! i am not sure what i expected from a place called "mountain mike's" but i was very pleasantly surprised!! the small cheese personal pizza size is perfect, the crust is so crisp right when you bite into it, and the sauce + cheese are perfectly proportioned!! it is super hot and fresh out the oven right when you get it, and the cheese is that good stretchy cheese that is hard to separate from one slice!! great pizza here!! read more

We were excited to try this new pizza place. The pizza was good. The cheesey garlic pizza was just ok (didn't have any garlic on it) but that's ok. The problem is the front of house cashier. He didn't say greet us (and no one else was in the store). I explained we had never had Mtn Mike's pizza. He didn't explain the menu, the sides, the specials....he said nothing. This was my first time trying out Mountain Mike's lunch buffet. They charge $15.99 per person which is not too bad for all you can eat. The selection of pizza was great, they had chicken with garlic and bacon, combination, Hawaiian, and pepperoni. They also had garlic sticks and a dessert pie. The salad bar had a great selection as well, and even included potato salad and macaroni salad. All ingredients looked and tasted fresh. The location is good & it shares a strip mall with other businesses, with plenty of parking in the back. The inside looks pretty spacious with lots of seating options and even outdoor seating. They have big tvs playing different sports as well. There were a few people eating inside but it didn't take long to ring us up, as there was only 1 person ordering in front of us. They already have the pizzas out, so you can start eating right after you pay, if you go with the buffet option. I would recommend this place and would go back again for the lunch read more

Ordered The McKinley specialty pizza and mini churros today online for pickup. Easy, straightforward process with the website including coupon specials. Pickup process was very fast. The pizza is good - really well-distributed toppings that stay on when you bite and well-sliced (none of that cut your own slices because they didn't cut it well enough stuff!). Slices hold up and are not flimsy. Crust leaves a bit to be desired, but a solid plain crust. Churros were even better than the pizza; would definitely order again! read more

So I spoke to the owner of this franchise and he seems like a really nice guy. I have ordered three pizzas from this franchise location and here's my problem: I have celiac disease and love pizza. because of this I pretty much had to give up eating pizza out because cross can contamination is always a problem. I thought I solved this problem after speaking to Mr Singh and his staff. Please don't misunderstand me, the Pizza is really quite good even the gluten free Celiac one, and here's hoping to get around to ordering a larger size crust. But here's the problem after carefully explaining my problem the staff I've ordered three Pizzas, two of them are great, I ate the whole thing and didn't get sick at all I give these off four and a half or a five stars. On the 3rd order I spoke to a different gentleman who was reluctant to give me his name on the phone and maybe this is why, having carefully explaining and extracting a promise from the cashier who answered the phone that the pizza would be made with clean tools on a clean surface and kept away from as much gluten as possible I ordered my third pizza and now have been sick like a dog for a week. I think most people don't really understand the problems that arise when people who can't eat gluten do, they are both long-term and short-term consequences neither of which are pleasant. I guess what I'm trying to say is that people would take this seriously. I know cross-contamination can happen unintentionally, but I have found but if you're careful it can be fine and the new Mountain Mike's in Sunnyvale has prove this by giving me two pizzas that did not make me sick. But, somewhere along the way somebody didn't take this seriously and preparing the third Pizza and I've had to suffer for it. Mr Singh, please train your staff, all of them! I'll be happy to order pizzas from you every week and send my intolerant friends to you and even my regular friends, your pizza is good I enjoyed it, but I really can't afford to be sick all week because I want a pizza. And I have to admit I can't make pizzas as good as yours. So not caring if I get sick one star, quality of pizza if I don't get sick four and a half to five stars. Let's see if you can make it so I can order a pizza I don't get sick from again. I have to admit I would have emailed you directly if I could have found your email address, but here we go.
