I hate doing this. Long time Mountain Mikes fan. I always order my favorite the Everest. That said I'm so disappointed in them. My pizza came raw, as in the pizza dough was not cooked, the pepperoni was not cooked. This happened a week ago and the gave me a credit to order again, disappointed they didn't just rush me out another pizza but ok. So tonight I ordered another pizza, once again my favorite the Everest and completely unbelievable but it once again came raw and once again nothing they can do about it. We ordered a large and a medium pizza the medium was bbq chicken which was ok but the lg was mushroom, sausage, 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 green peppers and it was all mushroom. We enjoy this place. Great pizza... a little expensive, but it's all good! We came early today and had the place to ourselves for a while. I like the all you can eat salad bar but there weren't enough utensils for most of the items. Some people wouldn't like the multi use multi item utensils, but I did the best I could. The arcade machine appeared to be turned off and were placed in a narrow walkway towards the restrooms. My family came in a few months ago and we absolutely loved the customer service. Steve treated us so well. My kids loved his attitude and spirit. They understood what good service was and they each brought him a generous tip. We came in again today and there was Steve, greeting us with his big smile. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a salad. Unfortunately , upon delivery and serving to our family, we quickly noticed it was made incorrectly. The pizza was made with red sauce instead of white. I phoned to get a new pizza so my husbands Father's Day wish would be complete. A lovely girl answered the call, Vanessa was her name maybe. She kept placing me on hold and eventually a new person picked up the call. She was abrasive and exploded on me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that she made my pizza herself and I was stupid for not knowing the difference in sauce. I offered to send a photo or FaceTime. She continued to scream at me. She kept telling me that she made the order and she's training people so she knows I am wrong. I asked her name, I asked her to confirm it since she was claiming she took and made my order. The receipt says Adora. When I mentioned her name she said, "what?" I said, please roll back. This is nothing to get so abrasive for." She hung up on me. My husband proceeded to drive down to the store to return the incorrect pizza. At that point we were over dinner. She proceeded to scream at him in the dining room when he asked for a refund. She continued to argue that we were wrong. He showed her the red sauce and she continued to scream at him. Never ever has a pizza caused so much commotion. Please review camera. This behavior is unacceptable and inappropriate. We would also have appreciated a refund for the dinner we couldn't eat. Mountain Mike's has been my go-to for the last few months. My wife isn't that fond, so I only have it when she's not dining with me. Today she was out of town so I figured it would be a good time to swing by. All of those good experiences was thrown away. I picked up the pizza 25 mins after I ordered. It was very clear that this pizza was reheated from the day before. It was room temperature in the center. The cheese wasn't melted soft, it was melted and firm, like how pizza gets when it's refrigerated and then reheated. I'm sure the decision to use reheated pizza is to help control costs, but I just paid $30 bucks for old reheated pizza and old reheated breadsticks - it's borderline too expensive when it's fresh. If I could guarantee it wouldn't happen again, I may eat here again. Unfortunately, I can't, so I won't. read more

I had received a flyer urging me to go to Mike's for my kids school donation. I went the day before the event to scope it out. My review, 1 staff member, so much silence in an echo environment felt worse than a library. Ordered a pizza, beer, buffet for mt kid and Buffalo wings. Pizza is middle of the road okay and wings were the same. Beer was flat bc it doesn't get used enough. My food arrived in a Togo box. Basically saying to the guest GTFO. Yesterday 4/24/23, ordered inside: Sweet chili boneless wings. KC Masterpiece bbq boneless wings. Open face pizza sandwich that comes with chips. Cashier/waitress brought out the wings but the KC ones were the red hot sauce ones. She apologized and made new bbq ones. Open face pizza sandwich came out but with no chips. I was not going to get up and inform her that it is supposed to be with chips. Sweet chili boneless wings were good. Everything else just average. That's what happens when I was in the strip mall and I did not want to wait to eat pizza. I should have waited to go to Pizza Guys off of Temecula Parkway. We love this Mountain Mike's. We used to get delivery but prefer eating in the restaurant now. The booths are nice and super comfortable and there are a ton of TVs with all the games on. They remember us, and our order, and always make us feel welcome and valued. And of course, the pizza is crazy good. The crust always has a slight crispness, sauce is tangy but not overwhelming, and the cheese is perfect. The star is the pepperoni, though. I'd give one star, but I'm giving 2 stars for the ambiance. This place has so much potential. I called before arriving for lunch to ensure they had a lunch buffet. She communicated 11 AM to- 2PM. I arrived at 11:46 AM and there was nothing on the buffet line. I thought well maybe she's making them still or doesn't want them to get cold. I asked for lunch buffet and she said well I'd still have to make everything. I told her that was fine and I'd start with my salad and I also ordered wings.
