I get there towards the end of the day sometimes and see some of their cleaning regime and it's beyond thorough, and I don't even see what goes on beyond the scenes! They take the children on wonderful field trips! Just last week they baked cookies and brought them to the local fire department down the street. I have seen them leave for some of the field trips and the adult/teacher to child ratio is perfect. They seem to be right on par with every code I have researched and go above and beyond to make it a fun, safe, and clean learning environment for our kiddos! It is so nerve racking making the right choice of where to send our children for schools, and I believe wholeheartedly that A+ is the right decision for my family and many others! She confirmed that she had availability for my requested date, but communication on her end was extremely slow. I had to follow up multiple times to get a reply. She originally tried to charge me more expensive rates than what is listed on the website but agreed to do "honor the posted rates" when I challenged it. I should have gone else where at this flag but tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. The evening before our confirmed reservation, I had no details and gave her a call. She told me she was on vacation but assured me we were confirmed. She asks me to email her (again) because she can't find me email. She did not seem to be entirely coherent and mistakenly called me back later trying to book an appointment with a psychic. All this was strange and made me uncomfortable, but as she would not be the one caring for my child and hoped that I could vet the sitter she connected us with. She sent me a standard confirmation email at 9pm that night but it did not include the sitter details and it stated I would be introduced to the sitter the day before which obviously did not happen. When I followed up about this, I was told the sitter was injured and she needed to find someone else. Only upon my following up with her 30 minutes prior to my scheduled reservation, does she inform me that she could not find anyone. No attempt to make things right or offer another option (we were flexible). This "service" is completely useless.

We had three different nannies and they were all wonderful. We had Allison and Natalie two days in a row and I especially enjoyed working with them. Very friendly ladies and were very involved with the children each time I saw them. The babies in their care were involved in the wedding ceremony so the two nannies were on site to get them nestled in the wagon and then took them back up to the residence once their role in the wedding was over. They were great sports about being down at the ceremony and seemed very willing to do whatever was asked of them to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. During the planning process, there was some confusion on their end with personnel but Joanna picked up on it and reached out personally to ensure our needs were understood and that we were billed appropriately.

They are patient, loving, attentive, and take the time to get to know each child as an individual. I've never felt like my son is just another student in a classroom. They celebrate his personality, encourage his growth, and genuinely care about his happiness and development. I also really appreciate their student to teacher ratio. There are more teachers in the classrooms than I've seen at many other childcare centers, which means the children receive so much individual attention and gives me peace of mind. My son started in the First Steps classroom and has now moved into the Young Toddlers classroom, so we've had the opportunity to experience three different classrooms and many different teachers. One thing that has remained consistent throughout every transition is the genuine love and care the staff has for the children. Even teachers he no longer has still stop to say hello, give him high fives, and ask how he's doing. Seeing that they continue to care about him long after he's left their classroom speaks volumes about the kind of people they are. It never feels like they're simply doing a job, they truly build relationships with the children and their families. One of my favorite things about the school is how much they do to keep learning fun and engaging. As a STEM school, they incorporate hands on learning while also offering so many exciting activities throughout the year. My son looks forward to Music Mondays with Matt, art days, water play days, pizza Fridays, and the creative themes they change throughout the week. Over the summer they had a train come to the school and the kids got to ride on it, my son loved that! They even had an outdoor Robo Dance Party that came to the school. They are always thinking of the next fun thing they can bring to the school and it's truly amazing! They even have Soccer Shots as an added option for kiddos. They also host so many family events and holiday celebrations, including Mother's Day, Father's Day, Grandparents Day, Aunt & Uncle Day, and more. They truly make families feel like they're part of the school community. Safety has always been a top priority for me, and this school takes it seriously. The secure entry with double doors and coded access, along with locked and alarmed outdoor gates, gives me confidence every day that my son is in a safe environment. The playground is always clean, well-maintained, and a place where the kids can play safely. The communication is another huge reason we love this school. Through their app, I receive updates throughout the day with photos, what my son has eaten, diaper changes, water refills, nap times, and more. It makes such a difference knowing exactly how his day is going while I'm at work. I am so grateful that my son gets to grow up surrounded by teachers and staff who love him so well.
