They keep everything clean! Super clean! I get there towards the end of the day sometimes and see some of their cleaning regime and it's beyond thorough, and I don't even see what goes on beyond the scenes! They take the children on wonderful field trips! Just last week they baked cookies and brought them to the local fire department down the street. I have seen them leave for some of the field trips and the adult/teacher to child ratio is perfect. They seem to be right on par with every code I have researched and go above and beyond to make it a fun, safe, and clean learning environment for our kiddos! It is so nerve racking making the right choice of where to send our children for schools, and I believe wholeheartedly that A+ is the right decision for my family and many others! It is the most affordable daycare I have ever encountered and their hours are from 7:30-5:30. She confirmed that she had availability for my requested date, but communication on her end was extremely slow. I had to follow up multiple times to get a reply. She originally tried to charge me more expensive rates than what is listed on the website but agreed to do "honor the posted rates" when I challenged it. I should have gone else where at this flag but tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. The evening before our confirmed reservation, I had no details and gave her a call. She told me she was on vacation but assured me we were confirmed. She asks me to email her (again) because she can't find me email. She did not seem to be entirely coherent and mistakenly called me back later trying to book an appointment with a psychic. All this was strange and made me uncomfortable, but as she would not be the one caring for my child and hoped that I could vet the sitter she connected us with. She sent me a standard confirmation email at 9pm that night but it did not include the sitter details and it stated I would be introduced to the sitter the day before which obviously did not happen. When I followed up about this, I was told the sitter was injured and she needed to find someone else. Only upon my following up with her 30 minutes prior to my scheduled reservation, does she inform me that she could not find anyone. No attempt to make things right or offer another option (we were flexible). This "service" is completely useless.

Wonderful service provided by Joanna's Nannies!…read more We worked with Joanna and her team to hire nannies for the bride's sisters on a wedding weekend. We had three different nannies and they were all wonderful. We had Allison and Natalie two days in a row and I especially enjoyed working with them. Very friendly ladies and were very involved with the children each time I saw them. The babies in their care were involved in the wedding ceremony so the two nannies were on site to get them nestled in the wagon and then took them back up to the residence once their role in the wedding was over. They were great sports about being down at the ceremony and seemed very willing to do whatever was asked of them to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. During the planning process, there was some confusion on their end with personnel but Joanna picked up on it and reached out personally to ensure our needs were understood and that we were billed appropriately.

Moved to area end of the school year / start of summer and to be honest was worried about kiddo…read more(4yrs old) settling in and being comfortable at a new school. "Application" process was easy and I did a virtual tour via FaceTime with Millie (one of the owners). She was super calm and answered every single question I had & showed me every nook and cranny or the school and where kiddo was going to be. PK2 here we come! 1st day I don't think it ever gets easier sending your kiddo to a new school. Kiddo was a touch apprehensive of a new environment but Teacher Nikki was so incredibly warm and welcoming to kiddo (and hubs and I)! Immediately I knew he was going to be just fine. We met Teacher Monique the next day or so - they coteach PK2 - and she's a gem. Both teachers are warm & caring (like aunties) and their love for teaching shines through! The classroom Together Monique & Nikki have created a thriving classroom full of areas to explore with defined spaces & boundaries. There a reading circle, pet fish, reading pod, and then nap mats for the kiddos to use after lunch before afternoon activities. If the kids don't nap they do have the option to read/look at books quietly. The PK2 classroom has two restrooms with kiddo sized toilets and sinks. Each season brings new decorations to the classroom (and school). There are days when kiddo is having a rough morning and both Teacher Nikki and Teacher Monique are angels getting him into class quickly, settled and then sharing with us that he's ok which I so appreciate because there's nothing worse than leaving your kiddo in tears! The school overall Goddard does a host of extra activities- summer bbq, Father's Day celebration, Trunk-or-Treat, holiday concert to name a few. Each brings the Goodard teachers & families together in a special way, along all to get to know each other a little better, enabling us partner for our kid's. Goddard is a pretty special place. One that is developing our kid in an amazing way and preparing him for kindergarten!
