My girl who has learned to heel so perfect

Trudy, the owner is such an awesome trainer. She is patient and makes classes fun. I have been to a few other facilities in town and non are as welcoming as this one. There's tons of varieties for class options and she's flexible and is always so accommodating. I have brought my pup here all the way from the first class to the advanced classes and will continue to bring her and my future dogs here. My sister, mother and two of my best friends have also brought their pups here as well. If your reading reviews about all the options in this town , I hope you read this one because I can't stress this place enough. If you want a trainer who actually cares about your dog, this is the one. Thank you Trudy for giving my dog all the skills she has today!

Margot on her first night of training. All smiles!!!

I'm so happy my puppy is taking classes here. He's learned so much so quickly and loves playing with the other puppies after learning.

But after only one day with Ryan, he's a whole new boy. He listens, he's no longer anxious, he doesn't follow us around all the time, he stays out of the kitchen, and he walks calmly on a loose leash. Best of all, we can have friends over again. We had just accepted for a long time that he'd have to stay in the garage whenever we had guests over, but he is doing amazingly well with visitors now. We never thought it was possible. It's super expensive, which sucks, but it was worth it for us.

He was severely aggressive towards other dogs and sometimes humans after being attacked when he was a pup. even though he grew up socialized, he was always frightened, spazed out in public and would 100% look for blood from any dog that was too close. DAYCARES WOULDN'T EVEN ACCEPT HIM!! We tried getting advice and watching videos online but nothing worked!..I now get complements about how well behaved and awesome my dog is.. By the end of our first session I was almost overwhelmed with the the fact that half the techniques you hear/watch about training and living with your dog, are actually ineffective/opposite of what really produces effects!!!! Even after a few sessions with consistency and use of the tools (highly recommend the training collar!!) we already had a changed dog. He has his confidence back and I truly have control and communication with him. Every session is a new hurtle. I would absolutely recommend!!

I've held off on leaving this review in hopes that the owner of Camp Bow Wow would reach out to me…read moreas promised. He never did -- which says everything you need to know about how this place is run and how little they truly care about the dogs in their care. On May 10th, I dropped off my 4-month-old golden retriever puppy, Doug, for daycare. Around 4 PM, I got a call from a staff member named Anna saying Doug had been injured while playing and was bleeding. She said I "may want to take him to the vet" but left it up to me. Naturally, I was shocked and immediately asked, "Is he okay? What happened?" They said his gum was punctured while playing with another puppy. Okay -- accidents happen. But here's the kicker: this happened at NOON. They waited FOUR HOURS to tell me my puppy was injured and bleeding. That is completely unacceptable and irresponsible. I asked why there was such a delay in notifying me. Anna -- who had just gotten into work -- apologized and said her manager was present when it happened but chose not to contact me. Let me be clear: I am trusting you with the care of my young puppy, and when he gets hurt and bleeds, you don't even have the decency to call me immediately? I was livid. Not only was this dangerous for Doug, but it also put me in a horrible situation because my regular vet closes at 2 PM on Saturdays. Instead of having the option of taking him to our trusted vet, I was left with the much more expensive and time consuming (who wants to make their nervous pup wait hours at a vet?) option of an emergency vet -- all because they didn't pick up the phone. I told them I'd be right there (I live 5 minutes away), and as soon as the manager found out I was coming, she left. No accountability whatsoever. Anna was amazing -- the only bright spot in this disaster. She was sincerely apologetic and even admitted they've had ongoing management issues. She told me the owner, Nick, would call me on Monday and even offered to cover vet bills if I took Doug to their preferred vet. That call never came. The next day, I got a call from Sienna (I believe that's her name), who apologized for not calling sooner and for leaving before I arrived. She claimed the delay was due to her "reviewing the footage" -- which is a terrible excuse. I made it clear I didn't care how it happened, just that someone should have told me IMMEDIATELY. She agreed she had no excuse but still managed to shift blame by saying Doug was playing more roughly than the other dog. He's a puppy. They play rough. That's expected. Don't try to blame a puppy for your negligence. Again -- this isn't about the injury. Accidents happen. I completely understand that. What I don't understand -- and won't accept -- is the complete lack of urgency, transparency, and responsibility. I spent the weekend flushing Doug's mouth, cleaning up blood, and watching him like a hawk because you failed to do your job. Luckily, Doug is okay -- his regular vet advised us to monitor him closely, as antibiotics are not ideal for such a young puppy. But the real issue? Not only did Nick, the owner, never call me -- even after being told I was expecting it -- but I haven't heard anything from him to this day. I did get an email from another staff member asking how Doug was doing, and I responded that he was better but never heard back. No accountability. No follow-up. No professionalism. It's heartbreaking because Doug loved daycare. He had so much fun and would get excited every time we pulled into the parking lot. But thanks to this experience, we can no longer trust anyone else with his care. You've completely ruined that for us. And you've also lost what would've been regular business -- we had planned to use your grooming services and board Doug for an upcoming trip. Not anymore. To top it all off, if you watch the live cameras, you'll notice that most of the time, the staff is just sitting around chatting -- not watching the dogs like they should be. Extremely disappointed, furious, and heartbroken. Do NOT bring your dog here if you expect them to be well cared for. Because if something goes wrong, you may never even find out -- until it's too late.

She's very old now but I still bring her because she enjoys it so much even though she is crippled with arthritis now. I pay a little extra for her to get 15 minutes of snuggles when she's there and she is a very happy puppy. They are diligent about giving medications exactly correctly and anything else you could want from them. I love this place and my dog loves this place. It's so much better than just boarding a dog in a little kennel where it's miserable for weeks. Here they are allowed to play all day and they are not stuck in kennels except perhaps at bedtime I'm not sure how that works.

Happy Dog, Happy life A well trained dog gets to go and…read moreexplore the world with his/her human. This company at Denver Colorado has excellent customer service, they are very knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate, and very caring. Plus they have, in my opinion, the best dog trainer named Gustavo. I chose the boarding program that comes with lifetime refreshers. This lifetime investment is worth every penny given the amazing results I keep having with each dog I take to Gustavo. My journey with OFF LEASH K9 TRAINING began when I chose them after extensive research on the best company to train our first two huskies at Colorado. Everyone had told us that huskies can't be trained because of how stubborn they are. People would call us crazy for even owning TWO HUSKIES. Our life was a mess because we couldn't build the communication ourselves. Thank God we got Gustavo as our dog trainer to prove everyone wrong. He built a clear communication between us and our dogs. Which has led everyone to turn around with amazement to watch our dogs have an excellent recall upon hiking. To have an extended down when going out for a coffee or to walk next to us when going to the stores. Happy with the results, once I moved to Texas I recommended my family, living in Texas with their two yorkies and a husky, this company. The results were off from what my two huskies had with Gustavo at Denver Colorado. Which led me to drive TWENTY HOURS to give Dracarys, the new member of our family, the opportunity to be trained by Gustavo at Denver. He trained Dracarys to be calm, obedient, patient and to follow all the commands diligently plus he also gave me a refresher for the husky trained with off leash in Texas. Gustavo is fluent in English, Spanish and he happens to be a dog whisper as-well. He explains how the dog thinks and acts in a very easy to understand manner. He has well organized thoughts which has led me to be able to instruct my dog on what it is that I want from him without creating any confusion on the dog. He gives you the confidence to be able to ask questions. He is honestly a great choice for your dog.
