Purchased a t-shirt at this place on September 5, 2019. When I returned home, I placed it in the wash and the decal on the shirt faded onto the shirt. It was a long sleeved, yellow t-shirt that now has blue staining all over it. I contacted the company who made the shirt and they contacted the store. I also contacted the store and the person claimed she didn't know what I was talking about. I was told I could get a store credit, which I didn't want because I don't live in the area, I was there on vacation. My option was an exchange, which again makes no sense because I'm afraid the same thing will happen again. I was told that Sue needed to see the shirt, so I sent it back. I know it was received because there was tracking on the package and I've heard nothing. If ever in the area again, I will bypass this establishment and go someplace else. read more

Stopped in to get the obligatory souvenir t-shirt. Great selection, although the prices are what one could expect from a tourist town. It's conveniently located with parking outside; $3/hour on the honor system, fees go into a wooden box nailed to a house next door. Staff is helpful and friendly. It's sad that the only review so far was 1-star since people are too stupid to know not to reach under ladders instead of asking for assistance from people whose job it is to assist them. Great store, beautiful town. Can't wait to visit again. read more

Super unprofessional staff. The 2 women working there were gossiping behind the counter (presumably about another staffer) the entire time I was standing there. I was the only customer in the store and just stood in front of the counter because I did not want to interrupt their conversation, but I clearly needed help finding a size for a sweatshirt. They were clearly intentionally ignoring me. Finally after a very long time, I said "excuse me". and they rolled their eyes at me and finally paid attention to me. I thought it was very unprofessional that they were gossiping about another staffer - one of them was young (maybe late teen) but the other looked to be in about her 50s and should know better. Finally when I was checking out I tried to make conversation about the town and nearby sights (clearly I am a tourist since this is a Souvenir store) and the older woman was very rude and answered in short one word responses. Sales woman was on a ladder placing a display. I reached at the bottom to get a sticker. She wiggled the rack and a bunch of wooden signs fell on me and hit my head. She didn't say sorry until we walked out. None of the employees offered help even though I complained of my head hurting but they did mention it was the second time the display had fallen. Very upset. Terrible staff. read more
