The work that he performed was of good quality, however his pricing practices are questionable to say the least. When receiving the bill, there was field time billed at $125/hr that was not transparent at all as to what it was for. In fact, our initial meeting where we dropped off the plat (and did even know we were being charged) was thrown into the field time and not conference time. To make a long story short, when I questioned the origin of the field time, he immediately went into a rage and said the bill was not being adjusted and it can be settled in court. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable surveyor other than Dallas Miller to do your survey.
