The vendor of the dress shop will help with corset sizing and try ons during certain days of the week. The last time I visited, I looked in the dress room for a split second because I was familiar with her items and continued my shopping. When I left to the other antique store a few doors down, it seemed she had followed me into the store to give me a business card. Did not enjoy that interaction at all and hope it doesn't happen again in the future.

He walked away and said, "well, she didn't have any manners!" I left immediately. I was shopping for furniture not insults. Everywhere we went, things looked the same or it was over priced. We stopped in to Hartlex, thinking it would probably be just furniture but we were desperate. This has now become our official shopping place for gifts. It's not just antique furniture (which were all STUNNING by the way), but decanters, beautiful wall art, jewelry, bed and bath items, lighting, crystal...SO MUCH. We were there for hours and enjoyed every minute of it. We ended up leaving with some things for ourselves too. The owners are hilarious and very personable which made the experience even better. 10/10 would recommend.
