The instructions r written in pictures. May as well have written them in a foreign language I called Scott as I saw he has done quite a bit of work with assembling ikea furniture. I had family coming on a Saturday & I called Scott I think on a Wednesday night. He answered immediately & said he would call back with his availability. Not too long after, he called & came out on the Friday morning! He put my sofa together in less time than it took for me to organize a drawer. He then hung up several photos (fixed the frame of one of them for me), mounted an ikea trash can to my bathroom wall & he took out all the boxes to my dumpster. He was kind, professional & a pleasure to have. Always refreshing to find someone who does what they say & more! He is affordable (not cheap but not expensive) & does the job right & well THE FIRST TIME! Thank u, Scott! The sofa looks better than the one in IKEA's showroom.
