I have never even seen a piece of trash in the hallways of the storage unit. They have plenty of carts to transport your stuff and door stops, so there aren't any obstacles in your way. I have one of the smaller units, and I think it is perfect size for what I need it for. I always pull right up to the door, I go after hours, unload or pack up and never have any problems. The one thing I don't like, is that the big trash can is outside and hidden... I had to really look for it. I have lots of extra boxes that I don't want and it is a hassle to walk all the way to the corner of the parking to take those to the trash. Other than that, great place!

We realized we forgot a dolly at the first place we unloaded 30 miles away and was going to have to rush back before she closed. She told us no worries that if we could not make it we could drop it off Monday and not charge us. We did make it back in time but it was very nice of her to tell us this.
