They never sent me an email about the damage and never followed up after I officially complained about damage with the workers on site and they documented the damage. They responded to the review below please note they immediately responded to a bad review very unfortunate that they don't provide immediate response when they damage your belongings or have problems with their move.

The call center folks, dispatchers, and drivers at U-Pack were all pleasant, professional, and got stuff done when they said they would.

U-Pack will add or subtract an amount per foot based on what you use. I checked on pricing for the cubes and the big trailer was still cheaper. You fill the trailer and they will drive it anywhere. We had things unloaded at 3 different locations at our destination. They organized everything on the truck for each one, and unloading was easy and quick.
