It was easy to schedule my move for May 21st by calling the number listed. The movers, Anthony and Tony, arrived on time, were friendly, efficient and obviously knew what they were doing. They took care with all of my furniture, wrapping everything in moving blankets and loading them into the truck. I was having everything moved into storage and they had no trouble finding the place and quickly getting it all placed into the unit. I will be giving them a call to move me again in the future. This was my second time using A2B in 6 months and I had another stellar experience. I worked with Anthony both times and his crew on both jobs were great. They showed up on time, didn't need a lot of direction, and were super safe, careful, well-stocked with supplies, and efficient. Almost as important, they were kind and professional with my building manager and other residents. And Anthony has some impressive driving skills! He backed a 26' truck down into a tight driveway and into the INSIDE corner of a curved slope. I've never even seen anyone do that with a smaller truck. read more

When I called the day before to confirm I mentioned the 3 pm time was late and did they have earlier the guy on the phone stated "no the website shouldn't have let you book because they were booked but since the website let you then we will move you" I SHOULD'VE KNOWN FROM THAT COMMENT TO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. SO here it is MOVING DAY and 3pm past, SO now it's about 4:40 I called to see if they were still coming because I haven't heard anything.I KINDA LOST TRACK OF TIME MYSELF WAS CLEANING THE NEW APARTMENT. I called got no answe, called again left messag, they immediately called back. I POLITELY SAID "Hi, I had a move scheduled for 3pm Just wondering your ETA. This guy said & its 5?" I said Im not sure if you guys were busy because when I spoke to the guy he stated yall were busy. He basically said there was NOTHING he could do for me. & conversation went on for a few back and forth statements. Dude pissed me off sooooo bad before I hung the phone up I told him f$ck you b word. This was the worst move EVER! If I could give them a 0 I would. First off I paid a $50.00 deposit (which I didn't receive back after the trouble and stress I was caused). My scheduled move time was 2PM I received a text from Anthony Fogle the owner stating they've finished a job at 1:44 and needed to take lunch so he moved my time to 3:15 in the afternoon My mother and I was at my storage at 2:50 Pm waiting, at 3:15 Pm they didn't come I contacted Fogle again who stated oh they should be there soon "4:15" (However he was communicating as if he was the one completing the move). At 4:22 I text Fogle (no response), I called him (no response) I left a voicemail stating I'd like my deposit back he then have a mover contact me. They didn't arrive until 4:45 PM. Anthony NEVER communicated with them of where we were going and they need for them to put my beds together. So, we arrive to my place and I realize my 70 inch Samsung NEW TV had been cracked on both ends (I mean the ends are coming off) I reach out to him, again NO RESPONSE! instead of contacting me he attempted to coach he mover to put scotch tape on my TV. He also stated he'll put in an insurance claim which will take 4-6 weeks and just put it in the shop but he's not replacing my TV that HIS MOVERS BROKE! Anthony Fogle is very unprofessional, I've endured stress and not to mention I've had to pay someone else to complete my move and put my beds together! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS JANKY COMPANY! They showed up 2 hours late. Didn't communicate late arrival they just showed up. Took way too many breaks. Staff doing personal things while working. One worker had someone show up at my house while they were in the process of moving my things. They quoted me one price and then Charged me way more at the end. They didn't move all my things and then told me it would me extra if I wanted them to come back the next day to finish. Poor communication and unprofessional. Still waiting to hear from them. A text that they are having issues would've been fine. Literally balled my eyes out after I spoke with another moving company who was saving other customers whose movers flaked on them. Everyone has off days but this day was really important to me and I wasted so much time when all they had to do was call or text "Hey having difficulties, many apologies, wont make it today." They just didnt answer or sent me to voicemail. I hate complaining but after talking to Sandy with Dynamic Movers +15137950661 she told me I had a good reason to complain. Not only did she get back to me even though they were saving other failed movers, she added me to the last move of the day even though she didnt have to and the guys would be on an EXTRA job. She told me not to feel bad, which I did. I felt bad for complaining, felt bad for being stood up, and felt bad that my schedule was completely destroyed and I had to reach out for other options. As a single mother I rely on companies, and businesses to do what they say, when they say they are going to do it. I have a reasonable understanding that the world does not revolve around me. But dont offer a service, make appointments, do multiple confirmations, then stop communicating the same hour you're supposed to perform that service. I budgeted, i planned, I was prepared early, and all for me to last minute find someone else. I hope you learn to do better business in the future. read more

I couldn't be happier with the way these guys handled my move. They actually came OVER prepared with equipment I didn't think to ask for (better safe than sorry!) and they were very careful with my things. I was moving out of a third story walk-up apartment with a narrow twisting staircase into a second story walk-up apartment AND I have a lot of expensive and delicate items. Honestly, a nightmare scenario. These guys looked like they were dying from the effort but they still managed to be very nice and polite and they were mindful to still be careful even when they were exhausted. I have moved 9 times in my life in multiple cities and this was by far the best experience. It was also the first time that there was no damage to any of my belongings. The care that A2B demonstrated for my items was like none other. Everything was wrapped and handled with care. Anthony was responsive, professional, and kind. No notice, no explanation, nothing. So hire them if you want a company that does not care enough about their customers to communicate with them when they change their plans. He responded very quickly to all messages and the booking process was easy. Cost is very competitive! The day of our move (Cincinnati to Lexington) they showed up on time and finished the job right when they said they would. The crew was really efficient and took care with our items. There were a couple of small issues: a plastic lamp shade broke, a couple of beer glasses shattered (likely due to our packing), and there were a few nicks on furniture here and there. Anthony and the gentlemen at Moving A2B were WONDERFUL. I cannot recommend them enough. Anthony's price for an OH to NY move (1 Bed Apt) with a truck that only my things were on; I didn't have to tag anything or worry about my stuff being mingled with others, AND with receiving my items the NEXT DAY was literally HALF the the cost of the other moving trucks that did Long Distance Moves Starting in Ohio. Those other guys were charging double what Anthony was charging and would take two weeks. Anthony had all my things to me the next day. Also? I booked Anthony literally less than a week before I moved and that was no problem for him. Anthony and I agreed to a contract and payment terms (50 pickup, 50 on arrival - with an easy option to pay via PayPal) and a date/time. He and his staff were 10 minutes early, wrapped all furniture gently, put down covers on floors and bannisters, were polite and efficient and were done packing up in 45 minutes. Full disclosure - I was very organized. All my boxes were sealed, my furniture was empty of items and ready to be moved and I had tagged anything not moving - so I recognize that my apartment was pretty organized to move which may have helped. Upon arrival at my new apartment, it was the same great service. Anthony and I texted about his progress on the road - in fact they were hours of ahead of schedule - and actually it was my flight that was delayed and caused an hour delay - Anthony was super chill and kind about it. The gentlemen had everything in my apartment in an hour - and after setting up my bed, rug/couch/dresser kept asking if I needed any other help assembling anything before they left. Or if they could pull out any boxes (from the pile of boxes) that I might need right away. In other words, Moving A2B were fantastic - and I was so grateful for their affordable, awesome service. The guys arrived a few minutes early, had everything they needed, and moved fast to get everything in the truck and then back out. They padded the door jams and wrapped the furniture so that it didn't get damaged. No damage or even dings during this move (unlike my previous move, with another company). Submit a quick last minute move quote/inquiry using Yelp (if you haven't done this in the past - it beats calling multiple places outright; responses are quick and allows you to get quite a few questions answered in a more efficient manner). Anthony was responsive and came in with a reasonable quote for a longer move (100+ miles intra state). Pros - he was able to come out same day for a survey, offered a reasonable quote, ample availability, was able to accommodate a last minute date change basis conflict with building elevator. Anthony and his team showed up on time, were hard working, efficient & loaded the truck fairly quickly with minimal supervision, direction and or confusion. Cons - was disappointed after unload by the damage to some of my furniture. Side tables were badly knicked, chipped, leather swivel chairs had a slight knick and the biggest disappointment of all was HUGE, deep, tear to the reverse side of an expensive pillow top mattress - complete with exposed filler and dirt smudges on a beige mattress. I am annoyed to say the least and disappointed that there wasn't more care taken with the transport of our household goods. I would have expected more moving blankets to protect something as delicate as a mattress & leather chairs, and side tables. The dings to the wooden tables I could live with - the damage to the mattress and fairly new leather chairs is unthinkable. I respect Anthony's strong work ethic - I would or could not take anything away from how hard he works, as his moving business matures, it will be beneficial to invest in more tools / resources for seamless transfer of household goods to encourage repeat business & client referrals. read more

Sept 30, 2020 A2B IS A SCAM MOVING COMPANY, A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. I found them online. The "the owner' , ANTHONY FOGEL, come to my house for a free estimate. He emailed an estimate the next day. WOW....really cheap price, less than half of the other two estimates I had. Almost to low to be true. Not knowing the company, I decided to go to their office at 300H Commercial Dr. , Fairfield, Oh to review the quote with the owner. I texted Anthony that we were coming to discuss the quote, he said fine. So, we set out for a 3pm meeting, but at 2:30pm I received a text from Anthony that he had to "step out". We continued on to the office anyway. What a surprise when we arrived, there was no A2B Moving Company at that YELP address. Actually there was nothing on the door. I asked a car detailing business next door. They never heard of the guy. I text him as to his where abouts and, of course, never heard back from Anthony Fogel. I guess there was something he was hiding. I reported him & his business to the Hamilton County DA's Office as a FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. Still waiting. read more

WARNING!!!!! This is not a legit moving company. It's a couple of guys who rent a u haul to move your things. They do not use blankets or pack the stuff safely into the truck, it's all just thrown in. All of my furniture is ruined (filthy, ripped, scratched, chipped, and even cracked.) Even after admitting they mishandled my things they insisted I pay them the money, minus what they thought would cover the repairs, which was not nearly a fair amount. I was told it was just some touch up paint needed, even though some of the stuff isn't even painted, they made up a number and made me feel intimidated, arguing with me until I finally just gave them the money because I didn't want the situation to escalate. Now I am trying to put things back together and there is all sorts of hardware missing, we are finding it all over the house and in the drive way ect even after i had to give them something to keep it in because they had nothing. They are clearly not a real moving company and the good reviews that lead me to hire them must be friends and family or fake profiles made to make them look good. This was a horrible experience, please save your self the trouble and money and hire a real company. read more

First the good. They called and were able to come early and were very affordable. They sent 2 men and 1 truck to move a fully furnished 2 bdrm apartment to a 2 family home. one of the comments made to me was that I seemed to have a lot of stuff for just a 2 bdrm. Because they were early there was, admittedly, things that were not packed in boxes. 90 % clothes as i worked while they were there to finish boxing what I could and even braking down my Queen size bed. I say that to say, I completely expected that I'd have to go back and get clothes and a few nick knacks on my own;fine. My son and I waited outside while they finished packing the truck and at one one point was asked what absolutely had to go. I was told later that this was because the truck was essentially full. I told the guy that anything packed and/or heavy had to go because it's just me and my 8 year old and I was not physically able to carry certain things nor did I have a way to transport them. When it was time to leave I was told that the living room (where I'd moved everything I expected to go) had been emptied. At the new place as they brought things in they asked repeatedly where different things went. I pointed out my sons furniture which needed to go upstairs to his room. I said, any box that says 2nd floor, needed to go to the 2nd floor. That did not happen. When I asked what the cost would be at this point I was told $405 which was $135 more that my original quote. We did got over a bit so I didn't question it. At this point I was told they just needed to get the washer and dryer in the basement so I left to go to the ATM to get more cash. When I came back I was told they couldn't get my dryer down stairs because the back stuck out to far. They had no tools to try and get the back off. I told them there wasn't anywhere else to put it if they couldn't get it downstairs because they couldn't leave it in the hall. it's a 2 family home and the other tenants needed to be able to access the basement. So my dryer is sitting outside the basement door. When I went back to the previous address thinking I'm just picking up clothes and things I found that there was so much left I'd probably have to either rent a truck or hire another mover. When I complained to the owner/supervisor, I was told the truck was full. I was told everything wasn't boxed so they couldn't move it. I asked how exactly would things like lamps, vacuum cleaners, t.v.'s be boxed, besides the fact there were also some boxes actually left there as well. I was told they would've had to make a 2nd trip. I explained that was not even offered as an option. I also pointed out that if it is their policy to only moved boxed items that should either be posted on their site or mentioned when an estimate is done. If they aren't sure about the size truck or number of people needed then they should require an itemized list of what's being moved not just make a guess and then leave a paying customer to fend for themselves. If I'm paying for a service and that service is to have everything moved and that is literally your job then honestly it shouldn't matter how it's packed. If you've started the job then I am already locked in for at least the quoted amount. If additional time is offered at an additional cost that should be my decision to make. the owner didn't make so much as a verbal apology for anything. Not even for the fact that I wasn't given the option of a 2nd trip. The bottom line is I was very disappointed and honestly very angry and I would not use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone else and best believe every chance I get and every place I see this company's info I'll be posting my horrible experience and letting people know to move on to someone else. . I received a couple of quotes and they were cheaper than a2b. But said cheaper is not always better and I will say I did use him before ..so even though they were much higher than others.. I decided to go with this company. Today was my appt at 10am I emailed to let them know I would be at the storage bin at 950am I was there at 945..I facebook chatted to let him know I was there and the gate was open. Then at 1015 I chatted again to see if they were running late. No response until about 20 mins later when he tells me that he is in Florida. WTF!!! We were just chatting minutes ago and also the 2 days before you confirmed that Thursday was fine. I didn't get an "I apology" all he said was basically he was in Florida and wouldn't be back till late today. I can't believe this..I passed up companies with lower quotes and even explained that I am going financial strain. Thanks alot! I can't afford to miss time.
