    This was the worst move EVER! If I could give them a 0 I would. First off I paid a $50.00 deposit (which I didn't receive back after the trouble and stress I was caused). My scheduled move time was 2PM I received a text from Anthony Fogle the owner stating they've finished a job at 1:44 and needed to take lunch so he moved my time to 3:15 in the afternoon My mother and I was at my storage at 2:50 Pm waiting, at 3:15 Pm they didn't come I contacted Fogle again who stated oh they should be there soon "4:15" (However he was communicating as if he was the one completing the move). At 4:22 I text Fogle (no response), I called him (no response) I left a voicemail stating I'd like my deposit back he then have a mover contact me. They didn't arrive until 4:45 PM. Anthony NEVER communicated with them of where we were going and they need for them to put my beds together. So, we arrive to my place and I realize my 70 inch Samsung NEW TV had been cracked on both ends (I mean the ends are coming off) I reach out to him, again NO RESPONSE! instead of contacting me he attempted to coach he mover to put scotch tape on my TV. He also stated he'll put in an insurance claim which will take 4-6 weeks and just put it in the shop but he's not replacing my TV that HIS MOVERS BROKE! Anthony Fogle is very unprofessional, I've endured stress and not to mention I've had to pay someone else to complete my move and put my beds together! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS JANKY COMPANY! Save yourself a headache! I have pictures, videos and receipts to prove EVERYTHING I just stated including a voice recording.

    Pros. Showed up on time, did a great job quickly, and were great to deal with. Couldn't really ask for more. I will be hiring them again.

During the move floors were unprotected and gouged and scratched and walls were also scratched and gouged. A 3 piece wall unit was ripped apart without the connecting bolts removed. In addition, 2 of the 6 glass doors were broken. A dryer and freezer were both damaged and the freezer stopped working. Parts were left anywhere. For example, 2 futons were taken apart. At the new house futon parts were found in the garage, some in the kitchen and others in the basement. Shelves to a bookcase were not found. Trash was left behind in our yard after they left. This is not a comprehensive list, just the major highlights. I filed a claim, and almost 4 months later here are the results. The damages to floors and walls cost over $1600 to fix. They offer $0 to repair. The bookcase cost $1100 30 years ago, and $7000 to replicate. They offer $850. The freezer reimbursement offer was $60. I elected $10,000 insurance, but you see the results of my claim submission. Here is Moving Ahead's last reply to me: If you still do not find our current offer to be acceptable, the next step would be to begin the arbitration procedure, as outlined in the documentation you have already received.
