Great experience. I would easily recommend them to anyone. We recently moved from Orange CA to Cypress TX due to a change of job. We had to put our house in the market, sell it, find a new house in TX and find someone to move the our stuff, pack and eventually unpack when we received them in TX. I made a search online for moving companies on moving.com website. the website asked me to select a few companies to contact me for a quote. I tried to select the high rated ones and clicked confirm. in less than 30 seconds my phone rang and it was Saralee on the other line. she took a very detailed list of our furniture and whatever we were moving. During the call I had at least 4 more companies trying to reach me (which I had to return to their calls afterwards). We hang up and after less than an hour I had a binding quote. With the quote Saralee included all the testimonials and videos showing how they pack and load the items. I have of course talked with multiple carriers and compared their services as well as their price. I can assure you even though there were cheaper options, none of them gave me the confidence that Moving Pro gave. Vicky had given me a call to answer my more detailed questions and I told her I would feel better if someone came to see the items we were moving. She said her husband (Both Haim and Vicky are the owners of the company, with almost 20 years of experience in the market. After years of working for others they are now working in their own company.) I initially started packing the whole house myself and when Haim came to see the items moving he said I had done enough and he would pack the rest. You cannot imagine what a relief it was. He preferred to pack them because they would pack it more professionally and it would use less space which would end up being cheaper for me. On the day of move Haim showed up with Sergio and Humberto all of who you can see in their videos and their pictures on their website. They have done an amazing job to packing, itemizing, inventorying and loading. We had out laughs all during the day while we worked together and at the end of the day before the truck left we took our pictures. Initially we did not have a move in day set when they picked our stuff up. So everything went to storage. When we got the key for our new house I called and set up the delivery date. Vicky was extremely helpful to arrange the earliest possible day. At first Haim was not supposed to be delivering but he ended being available to drive the load himself and deliver. It was like seeing a family member when we came to our door with his truck carrying all our belongings. He had a different group of people doing the delivery as you can imagine but they were also as good as the guys in CA. Everything made it over here and nothing they packed was broken. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the wine glasses I packed. Not even a single Furniture, TV or Computer screen was scratched. We are very happy that we picked them to trust them with our belongings. It has been 2 months since we moved and I finally had a chance to write these but I wanted to have all the time I needed and write a review worthy of the service we got. I literally cannot put into words how much I recommend Moving Pro and Vicky & Haim. From my very first phone call with Vicky my intuition was ringing that I have to hire them. I could feel her energy through the phone and knew they were the right fit for us. Our situation....we fled Venice during some of the "madness" as they say. With one suitcase and our vehicle. Drove to Arizona to try to get away. Left our apartment with everything thinking we'd be back soon. We ended up making the decision to fully relocate for the time being. Vicky and Haim and their team collected all of our mail, packed up our entire apartment into boxes, put our items in storage while we searched for a place out here, and even took in our plant babies (which by the way, no other company would even offer!) I have detailed videos of our items, the packing process, and the empty apartment afterward. We stayed in communication throughout our search and Vicky was so patient after two or three situations falling through and having to change dates multiple times. Finally we locked something in, I told Vicky my preference date of delivery and she made it happen ON THAT DAY. Fast forward to the actual delivery and our first meeting / chat with Haim. Wow. An actual angel (and I told him this to his face). Incredible energy just like Vicky. Got right to work unloading and offered to take any boxes we could unpack while he's there with him so we didn't have to deal with them. Set up our bed, some of our other big furniture items, etc. He is such a joy to be around. Every single item was in tact and free of damage. You couldn't even tell anything had been moved. Everything Vicky and Haim do is with their entire heart and soul. Being small business owners ourselves, we've come to truly honor and cherish other companies who are dedicated to customer service and work from a place of love (we do the same- our business is our livelihood!) Our move was about as far as one can go in the US (coast to coast), exactly 3000 miles. We did a ton of research to weigh all of the options in terms of reputable movers and cost--better business bureau, reviews online (multiple places like Yelp, Google, mymovingreviews), advice from friends, AAA, etc. We decided to go with Moving Pros for a variety of reasons, the main ones being a competitive price, professional service upfront with the estimate on site, professional service in terms of phone calls and written estimate by email, reviews, and a "live load" moving promise (this means they pack the stuff into a truck and it is not stored in a warehouse but driven directly to its destination). Overall, things turned out really well, and we had high expectations. They arrived on the day they said they would and it was delivered on time, on our preferred date. Especially on the California end, where Moving Pro is located, they were amazing. The owner himself (Haim) was there to pack and load with a large crew and they really did a great job of organizing the pack and loading of the truck. First class! They took the time to pay attention to the details in terms of the pack, and ensure that our home was protected from damage. Everything went perfectly. This says a lot since it was a 3000 sq ft home with a large (and full) three car garage. They came with seven guys, which was impressive. On the destination side it was trickier, because the unload ended up being on probably the hottest and most humid day of the summer. It was brutal. However, after a long day the crew got the job done without any damage. We had one minor issue but Vicky went out of her way to correct it, doing more than we could have asked for. We are very pleased (and relieved) since it was a big, stressful move for us. We were making the move of our lifetime to Cedar City Utah from Riverside California after being there most of our lives. We called the so called "big ad. movers"...but, they could not meet our needs and wants. Vicky and Chiam are the owners of Moving Pro company and Chiam is also the driver. We wanted to be moved on Labor of 2018 and they complied. I have never met such gracious and abiding people in my life in all the years that my parents hired movers for years, since my dad was in the USCG. We met Vicky when she came to our apartment to give the estimate...she was the greatest in ever aspect. Friendly, cordial, and a loving person....it was just like we had know her for years. The day of the move they started in right away and Chiam had every detail in control. They all showed up on time and were quick to lay down floor protection immediately and started right in packing, wrapping, and protecting our valuables . ..as a matter of fact we trusted them so much we left them our keys to the apartment to return to the manager's office and we left for our journey to Utah. Chiam assured us he was in charge to securely take care of all our furniture, artwork and possessions. When you move from one home to another it can be very stressful to say the least. If you move out of state it can be beyond stressful. There are so many details that need to be taken care of, any assistance is a blessing. I moved from California to Idaho and it was one of the most stressful projects I have ever completed. I went on-line to get quotes from moving companies with prices that varied $1,000's of dollars. Then I started reading about all the horror stories that comes along with these companies. I signed up on yelp just to write this review! Vicky and her team are awesome! If you think moving business cannot be done professionally, you might be wrong. I called them 2 years ago, and they helped me with a quick move from one apartment to the other one. Then when I called them again, they had my number, name etc, and knew right away who I was. Even though they were booked, for a returning customer they could organize two big moves in one day the very next day since my lease was ending soon while they were booked days ahead. Vicky stayed until 11 pm the day before to work this out. I felt like being treated like a friend! This business is run by a very professional, hard-working and nice family, and the workers who serviced my addresses were family too. Their rates are very reasonable and there is no sneaky charges. There are many companies here who advertise low hourly rates, then put in fine print numerous extra charges and end up costing you double or triple unlike Moving Pro Inc. I would advice you to book your moving in advance with this company, and if you are considering competing bids look carefully to their contracts. Also, you can pay lower rates, but workers can take forever to do the moving, and you still can end up paying double with other guys, while guys from Moving Pro Inc. did two big moves with over 80 miles apart in one day without overtime or extra hours! read more

Vicky and Haim are outstanding people. They're honest, caring (loving!), and extremely reliable. I don't know how they manage everything and stay so sweet, but they do. Especially with people like me :[. I've had a serious illness for many years with no help, so packing and all the details of moving from California to Georgia was close to unbearable. Vicky and Heim came out and gave me a rough estimate for my very fast move from CA to TX. They gave a bunch of tips and advice on how to keep the costs down. A Week later Vicky came back out and was able to reduce the estimate substantially. We signed the contract and the next day her crew packed us up with care and sent our belongings on down the road. Three days later our belongings arrived and were put into the house where requested. I had read a lot of horror stories about other companies demanding extra cash payments on the receiving end. Vicky, the foreman, and the driver each went over the instances where additional charges could occur, to be sure I did all I could to avoid them. They got out Google Maps to make sure there would be plenty of street space available, could get close enough to the door and there are no stairs. They made sure I knew what my balance due was on the other end, and what payment methods would be accepted. A week after move in I still had a lot of unpacking to do but was desperate to locate an item that had been in my desk. Moving Pros was a lifesaver for me. I moved from Orange County CA to Northeast Ohio. I originally had a quote from a different company who misrepresented themselves a week prior to my move. I got a call from Mila, totally friendly and helpful. She set my mind at ease, gave me a quite reasonable quote, and was able to put my move together for the same timeframe I had wanted from the previous company. She even retracted a charge of $75 that I complained about in the contract before the team showed up. Everyone at Moving Pros did EXACTLY what they said they would do. There is NO fraud, shadiness or any other misrepresentation with this company. Haim, Vicky, the driver and moving helpers were all accommodating, friendly, efficient, professional and courteous to me throughout my experience. My family and I moved a few months ago, sadly, only now I get to sit and write this review they extremely deserve. It was our first move, so I was very nervous, one of the reasons was the horror stories I have heard from others. I got a recommendation on MOVING PRO from a dear friend of mine. Since the very first call with Mila, I started to feel more relaxed. She explained the whole process to me with a lot of patience and stayed in touch till the very day of the pickup. The crew who picked up my belonging was very good and seemed to have a super organized method of work. We had a sudden issue with the house we were about to move in to, and Vicky, the company owner, was extremely ok with us and gave us a month of free storage until we fixed our problem. On the day of the delivery, the crew was systematic and professional as well, moreover, they cared about our belonging as if it was their own, while Vicky was in touch with me and them checking that everything is going as it should. They did an excellent job. Everything arrived safely and nothing broken. I recently moved again in June 2022 and hired them to move me here in Nor Cal. They are experts in what they do from the packing, (so efficient and wonderful to work with) to the loading, to the actual moving. They go out of their way for their customers. Vicky And Haim saved the day for me! I was in a bind, not trusting the moving Broker that I had already given nearly $5K deposit to. I was planning the move from CA to FL, and could not sleep at night. Something about the Broker felt so fishy... so I started looking into reviews of the Broker company - real reviews - Not the fake reviews on the Broker's own website! I was aghast... all I saw was horror story after horror story. So I bailed out and was in a panic.
