I was surprised to find that Rippeon was even open, but I was able to drop the mower off, and their service people took it from there. When I first met Bart, I walked in to rent an auger, because I was digging footer holes and building a deck. Bart asked where I live, and when I said Ashburn he laughed and said: "Forget the auger, you're going to need that" and pointed to a jack hammer. I laughed at him and asked if he was serious. Well, 12 hours of jack hammering (basically carving holes into rocks) I knew Bart was the man. I've found other members of the staff to be pretty good and knowledgeable, and they seem to be much more on their toes when Bart is in the store.
