I started out by giving them a call and explained our situation with our snow blower. The lady who answered the phone was both friendly and helpful. She let us know that they would be able to have our snowblower back in a day or two. About an hour later we took it in and were greeted just as pleasantly in person as we had on the phone. She answered our questions and got us taken care of and let us know they would give us a call when it was done. Here is the best part! Just a few hours after we dropped it off they called us to let us know it was fixed and ready to go. While they were at it they adjusted a couple things that would allow the blower to operate better... and not just because they could charge us for the additional work. The amount they charged us for the work they did was more than reasonable. It was much quicker than expected and very thorough. This place may not look like much from the outside, but we would definitely recommend this place and take other stuff here for work if we need it. They were super friendly, accommodating, and know what they are doing!
