I live in California and purchased boutiques for my family who lost someone near and dear to our hearts. One of the employees called me that morning to tell me they didn't have the tea cup that came with one of the orders and they didn't have those color roses, but that they did have red roses. I asked if they had the flowers to accommodate the other 2 boutiques and they told me yes they did. I told her the situation and how important it was that these boutiques be just as beautiful as the photos. My sister called me and was happy to have received the flowers and sent me a picture of all 3 boutiques. I was shocked and very disappointed with the flowers they sent and let me just tell u they were not cheap. I paid for beautiful roses and vases and what was sent was not worth anywhere near what I paid for. They sent my family Lilly and hydrangeas for all 3 arrangements just arranged differently. I called them and after sending them pictures and wanting my refund they agreed to 75% refund. After 2 weeks of me constantly calling them texting them they finally gave me a my refund but only 50%. I would never use this florist again or recommend them to my family that lives out there. Besides the lack of quality of flowers they sent, they as well lack professionalism. I usually don't like to leave bad reviews, but the way they treated this whole situation made me a very disappointed and unhappy customer. read more

I ordered a $75 dollar bouquet to be delivered to my wife's work but sadly it never arrived. It was delivered to my house three hours late. I decided to have them sent to her work because she has never had flowers delivered to her work before. It was a real disappointment and my 11yr old daughter was crushed. If you make and deliver custom flowers you have but one job to do. It ruined my wife's birthday. I will not be returning. read more
